Summary: We are a small startup, so anything that saves us time is beneficial. We are now able to handle DSRs and DSARs with just a few clicks, and pull data from all of our data sources fast.

Positive: I really love Mine's overall vibe - young startup that develops very high-end AI models and easy-to-use solutions. No more wasting time or pouring money over old enterprises that close deals with fancy dinners and suits.
I also like the fact that Mine connects to a wide variety of data sources and SaaS apps and allows you to handle privacy requests fast and automatically. These API integrations are fantastic for us, since until today we had to go to each data source one by one every time we got a data privacy request.

Negative: Hard to say, because whenever we feel like a feature is missing, I let the Mine team know and they put it on their roadmap! For example: leaving text notes on privacy request (it was already done).

Summary: We're a huge organization, and my team (10 teammates) needed a small solution to handle data subject requests fast. Using our usual solution was a nightmare - laggy, too many useless features, not suited for our needs. Then we found Mine in one of the DSRs we received and we're so happy we gave it a try.

Positive: Easy DSR fulfillment. No-brainer solution (no headache and long flows). Every request takes us 2 minutes now (before: could be hours). It's exactly what we needed for our team: fast and no-code integrations to delete data from all services (Mailchimp, Intercom, Zendesk, Hubspot, Customer.io, and more) with a click.

Negative: The initial lift to get Mine up and running smoothly in an automated fashion was daunting in our organization since we had to pull a lot of strings (who has access to XX?? who can give us admin permission to Y???). It was not fun at all, but once everything was set up - we were pleased.

Summary: Really impressive product, especially when considering the consumer angle (most of our users submit DSRs through Mine).
Good job guys!
The perfect fit for our Privacy Ops (operations).

Positive: - The integrations with Mailchimp and Intercom works seamlessly.
- The automation of our entire data privacy requests facilitation process, it saved us around ~20 hours of manual work per month.

Negative: There are only 10 integrations available currently, but we use about 15 SaaS that store our user's data.
Would love to see more integrations soon.
