Summary: More impressed with the support than anything, but then the product is also second to none. Good, smart buy.

Positive: I develop and host websites for other businesses that need this kind of solution. The platform makes it easy for me to install on their sites and manage all of their customer data. Particularly, the DSAR mgmt is really well thought through and easy to use. Big value for my clients and I make a little money while I'm at it. The team is extremely knowledgeable and very sensitive to what my clients actually need rather than trying to sell a bunch of stuff they don't. Product is very easy to use, even for someone like me who isn't exactly an "expert" on the subject. Very inexpensive considering what all it does.

Negative: That we're compelled to do this by law, but it is what it is. Glad it's not expensive and even makes my websites look more "legit."

Positive: They have helped me avoid unforeseen fines, penalties and big brother government in a cyber-crazy environment. I have a small business, yet I wasn't too small to receive 5 star treatment.

Anna used due diligence in reaching me... the decision maker for my business. Her follow-up was fantastic. and their CEO Mr Patel sent a follow-up video thanking me for their business. This is the type of company I recommend.

Negative: Their engineering department had to come back and set a second appointment to configure things properly. Wasn't a big deal.

Summary: As a small business owner, data privacy can seem overwhelming. With Adzapier, IT'S NOT! THANK YOU ADZAPIER!

Positive: Simple to use, very cost effective for a small business owner, AMAZING support and true customer CARE.

Negative: Honestly, none that I can think of. I love the ease and cost!

Summary: Overall, this product meets our needs and was easy to implement and customize to match our branding and website.

Positive: The setup and implementation of our new cookie consent banner was really easy, with little to no help from content writers and developers needed. I like that the product takes care of the ever-changing global laws in this space.

Negative: Customer support was not always prompt. I was not too sure who our dedicated account representative was, so may have been reaching out to the wrong contact for help.

Summary: Overall we are very satisfied with Adzapier's robust Consent Management Platform. We went from a manual and error-prone workflow to a fully automated one that saves us so much effort. I'm happy to say it was worth every penny!

Positive: My days of digging through emails, PDFs, and Word docs to find what I need are now over. This platform is so easy to use and has helped me save hours of my time every week. I will never go back to the old way of managing consent again! Adzapier's Consent Management Platform has automated our corporate consent process and it has been amazing.

Negative: No real issues so far except I have noticed that there have been updates to the platform which would be helpful to know about as updates happen.

Summary: Overall we thought this product and its features fit more in line with our data privacy needs over the other similar products from cookeyes, TrustArc, and WireWheel. We love having everything in one dashboard, super intuitive!
So far we are very happy with our decision.

Positive: We use all 4 apps offered by Adzapier CMP.
The Cookie Banner looks great and keeps us GDPR compliant.
The Cookie Scanner helped us to easily categorize our website cookies and allows our consumers to easily opt in and out.
The subscription banner looks great and provides our marketing team automation, insight and automation of our audience marketing consent preferences.
We were able to cut down several hours per week in DSAR Management.
As an added bonus, we love the new Social Fortuna app. Similar to ShareThis or AddThis, but it does not store or collect the consumers data and it is compliant with GDPR TFC 2.0.
The white glove service for onboarding was very informative and we enjoyed getting to collaborate with the Adzapier team on ramping up our Data Privacy strategy and data governance.

Negative: We wish the Social Fortuna app was more customizable in appearance.
Come to find out, they are working on themes and color customizations similar to their cookie banner and subscription banner. Can't wait until that feature goes live!
