    The perfect synchronization of an inbox.

    Summary: Our responsiveness and handling of our inbox has improved exponentially since we started using Microsoft Exchange as the primary service for business emails. My experience has been very good, I have been able to send emails simultaneously to all my colleagues or clients, I have also been able to receive emails in relation to my job, with a perfect receptivity time. A big thank you to Exchange for allowing me to enjoy this streamlined inbox, amazing reception service, and a great way to create emails. Plus it's great to be able to take my inbox anywhere, thanks to the excellent syncing of all my devices.

    Positive: Microsoft Exchange knows well what a general mail and inbox management is. The work email for us is a very important factor, and the control of it is also completely important since in our work emails we receive confidential information in relation to our company. One of the things that I liked the most about Microsoft Exchange is that it is a platform that offers me a totally personalized email creation, where I can modify an email completely, I can add links to emails, images and I can also add colors to the mail in general. Another thing I like about Exchange is that it has Smart Tech technology, which has helped me find all kinds of emails instantly, with the Exchange search system I can find even the oldest email and I can find exact information about what I am putting in the search engine.

    Negative: I have no complaints about Microsoft Exchange, this has been a platform that has allowed us to have better access to our inbox, since we currently have an excellent "ActiveSign" synchronization which is capable of synchronizing all our devices linked to our Exchange account, and keep them constantly updated, to optimize the reception of emails in our inbox. I am happy with the results and performance that Exchange has had in my company and the ability it has had to provide us with good email management.

    Good receptivity of emails in my inbox.

    Summary: The general experience that I have had with Microsoft Exchange has been regular, from 1 to 5, I give it a 4. Currently this platform is used in our company to be able to distribute business emails to all employees, we have a great use of this system of mail because it is quite effective and allows us to send and receive emails much faster. I believe that there should be an immediate improvement in the system for downloading received emails, as this would make my overall experience with this platform even more complete. At the moment, I am not complaining about the mail receptivity system or the inbox management system, since it has a good mail filter and managing each mail received is extremely easy.

    Positive: Microsoft Exchange allows business emails to be more efficient and responsiveness and forwarding of emails, better. One of the things I like the most about Microsoft Exchange is that this email service allows emails to be received in less time, compared to other work email services that take longer to receive emails. In addition, I love the way that Microsoft Exchange offers a seamless integration with the OneDrive service, since I can export and import all kinds of files or documents to or from my mail system, and thus I can manage the files or documents better. form. Another thing I like about Microsoft Exchange is that it offers me an automatic backup service of all emails, which helps me to be able to save my information in an automated way, without having to do any manual process.

    Negative: In order to avoid overloading the Exchange server, the emails are not automatically downloaded to the user's device, and this causes the emails to not be viewed if there is no existing internet connection on the device. I would like to be able to enjoy an automatic download of each email received, since sometimes I do not have a stable internet connection and it is impossible for me to access my emails because Exchange has not downloaded the information of the emails I have received. This would be a good optimization for this email service and would make it more effective for everyone.
