Cloud-based office suite Date: Apr 05 2023
Summary: My general opinion of Microsoft 365 is that it is a powerful and versatile productivity platform that can benefit many users who need to work efficiently and effectively from anywhere. However, it may not be right or necessary for everyone, depending on your needs, preferences, and budget. Therefore, I would recommend comparing the features, benefits, and costs of the different Microsoft 365 plans before deciding whether or not to sign up.
Positive: It allows users to access Office applications from any device and location with an Internet connection.
It provides seamless collaboration and communication between users through shared documents, online meetings, chat, and email.
It offers a variety of applications and features that can meet the different needs and preferences of users, such as data analysis, presentation design, document editing, etc.
Provides free updates to the latest versions of Office applications and new features as they are released.
It allows users to store and sync their files in the cloud with OneDrive, which also offers backup and recovery options.
It integrates well with other Microsoft products and services such as Windows, Azure, Dynamics 365, etc.Negative: Requires a monthly or annual subscription fee, which may not be affordable or cost-effective for some users who only need basic or occasional use of Office applications.

It has what it takes to start running a small business. Date: Dec 09 2022
Summary: Despite the fact that there are several free alternatives to Microsoft 356, I consider that for a professional environment it is more complete since it has office automation solutions with current standards. I am aware that you have to evaluate the price before getting this platform in the paid version, however the solutions offered by this platform meet all the requirements. In addition, the vast majority of my work team is already used to all the packages that this platform offers and learning about a different platform would require time and it is not very useful to learn something to know if it will work or not having the solution already implemented. walk with MS 365.
I consider this platform a solid structure that allows the development of small businesses since it is very complete, everything can be done since it has several software that meets the characteristics that a small business and a large company need. On the other hand, I am working collaboratively with my work team by having several licenses within the same account, thus being able to have all the documents in the same place such as OneDrive without the need to resort to external cloud storage platforms.
With Microsoft 365 I have been able to boost my company by having a platform that keeps work organized from planning, documentation, communication, file storage in the cloud and much more. In addition to the integrations that this platform has, I have been able to solve spreadsheet export problems since with Excel I have been able to have maximum compatibility when reading different types of spreadsheets of different versions.Positive: + There are many office automation platforms today but those of Microsoft are more solid and more complete since it adapts to both the personal, business and student level. Added to this with Microsoft 365 I can have access to all its products even from the web browser, so in case I do not have the necessary compatibility of the latest version I can still have the web version of Office with very few limitations.
+ Although Microsoft 365 products are paid, there are also free versions. In the case of PC I can edit for a certain time until the end of the trial period, I can see more not edit. However, on its website it can be used for free with few limitations, it is enough to have an Outlook account to be able to enjoy the MS 365 tools. I do not recommend it but it can be useful to non-profit people who still do not they want to detach themselves from Office products.
+ It has Microsoft Teams in case your company requires it, for me it has been useful for effective communication within my company without having to resort to other means such as WhatsApp or Telegram since with Teams it is more focused on a more professional for collaboration and communication within a company, which can also be integrated with many applications that exist today.
+ I like that everything is automatically backed up to the cloud with OneDrive, so I don't have to worry about copying my document to multiple sites but every time I hit save (or auto save) to a PowerPoint presentation or spreadsheet everything you go straight to the cloud just by having your Outlook account logged in. So wherever I have OneDrive installed, it will be synchronized and I will have my files or documents available, likewise I will also have my files on other platforms, I will be able to have all my files in the same way.Negative: - I liked it better when I could pay for a fixed payment on some version of Microsoft Office, but now everything is by subscription, thus having to seriously calculate the expenses and also ensure that Microsoft 365 products are used correctly within the company to be able to take advantage of it month by month.

- The application on mobile devices is quite limited, it practically looks like a simple text editor and not a complete professional office tool. I have tried the tablet versions and it is a bit more complete, similar to the web version. However, the version for smartphones takes away many functions which means that you only use the mobile version to view documents and not to make edits due to lack of functionality in relation to the desktop version.
- The interface in the desktop version is very overwhelming, I'm used to it but there are people who only require the simple. So a simplified version that contains the most common functions would not be bad so as not to get lost in so many tools.
- The autosave is not perfect, I have almost always been able to save a document when I have a power failure. But in some cases I have lost several lines even with the auto-saved edits that Microsoft has. So if I could the ability to save the document for every word I type that would be perfect.
- The editor marks an error in the middle of some words. No, it is not a problem of bad writing or a non-existent word, when I am writing in some Microsoft 365 software and the review is automatically executed, the editor simply says that "Door" is wrong in "oor" and suggests that I put " or” when I am clearly typing “Door”. It sounds a bit confusing, but that's the way the Microsoft 365 editor has been lately. -

It allows for easy integration between products as well as for collaboration with other team members. It is easy to use, and also has a visually appealing user interface.
Negative: I wish that you could customize your home bar more than the website currently allows. Although minor, it would be nice to not have to click so many times for my most frequently used apps.

Excellent software for a plethora of uses Date: Jul 28 2022
Summary: Very reliable applications for all things needed for an office or personal computer. However, can tend to run quite expensive.
Positive: The updated features in newer versions along with multiple new options to utilize in order to make transition from one application to another seamless.
Negative: Can take quite some time to load, even on newer computer models and as of late I’ve had issues with the applications completely stop responding for 5+ minutes. Therefore, hindering my productivity throughout the day.

Love Microsoft 365 Date: Feb 07 2022
Summary: Overall, I'm very happy with Microsoft 365. Lots of valuable features, great additions & easy to use.
Positive: Easy to use, great features - lots to explore and figure out, but once you do, it's great! Love the insight tools, helps to keep me organized, and block off time to work on specific things. Teams is great at IM and staying connected to colleagues, love the evolving features in it, you can have your own backgrounds etc.
Negative: There's nothing I haven't liked yet. You can have multiple excel spreadsheets open at the same time, on different screens! This is a big plus!

Microsoft has really helped us save money on operating expenses and the team integrations are great. We can collaborate with other team members very easily with teams.
Negative: There really isn't much to say bad about the Microsoft offerings for Non-Profits other than I wish we had signed up sooner.

Microsoft 365 Package Review Date: Jan 12 2022
Summary: Overall great program/software to use in the office and onsite. Great support from online forum, lot of documentation on how to do things. Great online support from Microsoft staff as well.
Positive: There are so many programs that we use daily on this such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint. These programs are essential to our company and with these they are packed with features that can basically do anything that we needed it to do. We build spreadsheet to track from day to day stuff to long lead items.
Negative: Very expensive to keep it running and depending on how many you need in the office. It adds up very quickly.

Positive: Microsoft 365 has the best processing software out there! I gravitate towards word and PowerPoint because they have the most features to offer, function efficiently, and are familiar.
Negative: The interface when trying to find and download the application I need online can be a little complicated.

Microsoft 365 is a no brainer for Windows PC Shops Date: Sep 20 2021
Summary: If you are a Windows PC organization like we are, MS365 is a no brainer. Before the suite was SaaS based there was a lot to NOT like as it would take forever to get new functionality and then somethings didn't work. But with a SaaS model, updates and fixes are continuous and the tools are better/more integrated than ever which makes working them quite pleasant. Additionally for a small organization like ours...the free support is actually quite impressive. They get back to you and work with you online with desktop shares to troubleshoot your problems and show you new functionality. No need for a dedicated IT Admin anymore...at least if you have a tech savvy person on staff and are small enough that you don't need anything too complicated.
Positive: Microsoft 365 is the best business/productivity product Microsoft created in the last 10 years. Having an all-in-one, highly integrated, continuously updated, and ever growing set of features and functionality for a ridiculously low price is a win-win...except maybe for the competition.
Negative: The two downsides to Microsoft 365 is that there are so many tools now that it can be overwhelming. The other downside is if you like/want to use other tools that compete with Microsoft 365...it is hard to justify...like Dropbox, Zoom, Google Workspace. All those other tools integrate pretty well with Microsoft 365, but why would you pay another fee/subscription when you get it all for "free" with one MS 365 subscription...even if MS 365 functionality isn't as good when compared to these other standalone tools or competing suites.

Cloud based file work for cheap Date: Sep 04 2021
Summary: With travel and on-the-go work becoming more essential every day, Microsoft's foray into cloud word processing and spreadsheet management among other products in the office suite is a must for busy office workers no longer solely in the office.
Positive: Everyone knows the ins and outs of Microsoft office software, and 365 takes those stellar products and brings them to the cloud for easy editing and working on the go without ever worrying about backups.
Negative: Subscription models are frustrating, and the problems of Microsoft software doesn't go away with this model. Still, they're the standard for a reason.

Software Made Easy Date: Aug 09 2021
Summary: Overall, I would recommend Microsoft 365. It's an easy one-time setup and all of the programs run great across all my devices.
Positive: As much as I'm not a fan of subscription-based software, it is convenient how Microsoft bundles all of their programs into one package like this. Updates are seamless and files are easily stored for remote access.
Negative: I don't think Microsoft 365 has any cons. It's easy to use and a good price.
