Pricey but necessary Date: Aug 11 2021
Summary: These programs aren't going away - as they're too essential for productivity - and the pricing shows they know it.
Positive: Through office 365 you receive access to MS Office's latest tools. Comparing how Word, Excel, PP, and so on have improved by leaps and bounds over the years, the latest versions of these essential apps is a big draw.
Negative: Look, it's pricey. I get that access for 365 days is cheaper than what MS Office used to cost when it wasn't a subscription based model but...i can do math without MS Office! It adds up!

Very money minded Date: Mar 04 2021
Summary: If you have a lot of money to throw then you can buy this. The features are good and have decent support.
Positive: Microsoft 365 offers many tools like MS Word, Excel, Access, Powerpoint and so on. Good for business as well as personal use.
Negative: The one major con is that it is extremely money minded and super expensive especially for small scale startups and students.

Not Mac Friendly Date: Feb 25 2021
Summary: Overall it is good software. But the loading time makes me shy away. I love having all the productivity software in one place.
Positive: The Office Suite has all the productivity software you need and it is rather intuitive and easy to find technical help in a variety of sources. It can be as elementary or in-depth as you need. It is always backward compatible. The features are generally much better than other software I have used.
Negative: I am no sure if it is a Mac thing or just a subscription thing , but the software takes forever to load. It can be upwards of 2-3 minutes. I have it on multiple machines and see it on every machine.

Great Office Suite, albeit somewhat expensive. Date: Aug 20 2020
Summary: Overall, while I like using Microsoft's Tools, I much prefer Google Suite for my simple needs. Microsoft tries to monopolize everything. Unless you are in a huge company with lots of requirements for all the apps it provides, I would rather use some other Office Suites that gives me just the basics I need.
Positive: I love how it's moved to the cloud now, and the interface is intuitive. The sleek modern look is definitely inviting. It has all the necessary features one would look for in an office suite, and the extra apps you get with the subscription is something no other competitor has. For example, Access and OneNote are definitely a plus.
Negative: It's not worth the price for personal use. You can't work on your files offline, especially on your personal system, which is sad. There are many alternatives I love to use for free. Besides, the subscription gives you way too many apps that you might probably not use in your lifetime. Some, like SharePoint are also buggy.

I can take my documents anywhere. Edited: Sep 22 2022
Summary: This platform has given me the ability to have all of Microsoft's office automation packages in one place and at any time. I can use all the features of MS Office without even downloading the software to be able to edit or create a document. It has also helped me to be able to work collaboratively with other employees by being able to have a shared account. I have been able to improve my spelling in my company documents thanks to the spell checker that analyzes all the text and comes up with better writing ideas. I have been able to have all my documents safe and also that they are always saved when making changes, all this happens in real time and it is what gives me the most peace of mind.
Positive: ° I can automatically save all my documents created with a Microsoft 365 account without worrying about missing something. I have had problems before due to power failures, thus losing much of the content of the documents I had created, having to use strange methods to recover the damn file. Now I don't have that problem because practically every action I do within a document will be automatically saved instantly both on the computer and in the Microsoft cloud.
° It has a wide catalog of Microsoft platforms that can be useful to those who need it. I've typically used much of this to software that Microsoft 365 provides so I'm comfortable with this feature that you get when you purchase a subscription, although .E should let you choose what I want and what I don't.
° I have a large storage capacity, the space offered by the Microsoft 365 account is too large that there is even room to save more things in OneDrive in case I want to store other files for company or personal use. I like this too much because not only does it serve me to store documents but it goes beyond my possibilities when I want to store something very large.
° When with a very excellent spell checker in practically any language. I like it a lot because usually I tend to make one or another spelling mistake or I miss a semicolon and Microsoft 365 helps me with all those problems that make everything more understandable, orderly and with zero errors.
° I like that you can have access to all the functionalities in the mobile version by being able to contract a subscription. I like this when I need to quickly edit a document via my phone without having to resort to a laptop or writing computer.Negative: ° I don't like that it has become a subscription software. Before we only had the possibility of having a single payment with updates included and everything was much more stable and complete. Now everything is with micropayments or subscriptions that make the customer spend more than he owes by giving him a fixed income of a certain amount that is more expensive than having a single-price purchase.

° I would like there to be a big discount with the subscriptions that are purchased for years. This would increase customers' ability to continue purchasing the service and would not cost as much in the long run, without needing to hinder the return on investment of purchasing Microsoft 365 services.
° The online version is extremely incomplete, so you may have to download the desktop version to use certain functions than the online version or despite having already purchased a subscription. This is annoying because it should include everything in the desktop version to the online version to make life easier for the user without the need to download anything.
° Although you pay to have access to everything, it is a lie that the average user uses all the platforms that Microsoft 365 offers, I should be able to customize what I really want to only pay for what is fair and not have unused platforms and that I don't take advantage of all of them properly because there has been no need.
° Improve costs per additional user. It bothers me that if it is one user or 6 there is a specific amount, however when I want only two people there the accounts do not give. It would be better to buy for 6 people but I would have 4 of those positions there without using them. Thus losing money that should not be for not having the freedom to choose. -

Same reliable product, but with annual costs Date: Jun 05 2022
Summary: It's the same Microsoft suite everyone already knows and loves. There hasn't been a better product for the last... Ever? I probably haven't used all the features that make the 365 subscription model more valuable, so for now it seems like it just makes it more costly.
Positive: I liked being able to log in from several different computers with the same amount. Makes it handy to have it on several home computers, office computer, etc.
Negative: I miss the days of buying a product once and only paying for it once. The ongoing subscription model is kinda frustrating when you don't necessarily need to have the newest software upgrade.

Microsoft 365 Date: Jul 07 2021
Summary: This product will help keep you up to speed with things going on at the office. As a person who has multiple Outlook accounts for work and my own business being able to access them through one device is a must and Microsoft 365 allows you to do all that quickly.
Positive: This product is essential in today's business market. It gives you access to all the Microsoft programs by logging into your account on any pc.
Negative: For security reasons they have added a two part verification factor. If I am quickly logging in on my phone to check another account it is a little difficult to see the code and then enter it on the same device.

Good but could be better Date: May 24 2021
Summary: Microsoft is familiar to nearly everyone who has used a computer. They have an application for everything, and it would certainly be difficult to run a business without using at least some of their tools. But because it is a business that is already so dominantly successful, there is no real reason for them to focus on optimizing the user experience. They only need to do enough to stay on top.
Positive: It's great that 365 has every application that an organization could need, from file creation programs such as word and excel, storage options like sharepoint, collaboration tools (teams) and email (outlook). Microsoft has a near monopoly on many of these applications, so it's no surprise that most users will have some degree of experience with them. Excel specifically is an incredibly robust tool that makes SO many aspects of data management simpler when used well.
Negative: Likely because Microsoft had such little competition for so long, there are a lot of clunky aspects to the programs and especially to the way the programs interact with each other. I've been both a mac and PC users over the years, and while some things are definitely more awkward on a mac, the bulk of my complaints are true on PC as well.

The interface of Teams is SO awkward and not particularly intuitive. Sharepoint is probably great but no one in my organization seems to know how to use it (or even really understand that it exists) so it is not well utilized. As much as I like excel, you can literally take entire classes in the program to understand what it can do. There are number of other applications available through 365 that I've never even really heard of. I am sure they would be useful, but Microsoft doesn't seem to make onboarding users to these systems a priority. They sell licenses to 365 either way, so they have no incentive to improve in these regards.
Similarly, Microsoft invests very little in improving the user experience, especially when compared to smaller, new organizations. As far as I am aware, Microsoft doesn't really offer much in the way of user support. On platforms such as our DAM (Widen) or data collaboration tool (Airtable), there are rich support centers and easy ways to contact their staff with questions. Microsoft does not provide these features despite the fact that they have SO many programs. While they certainly have a large help database, I find it extremely dated and more challenging to navigate. Perhaps it's unfair to compare Microsoft to these relative start ups, as it is an absolute behemoth with millions of users around the world. In most cases you can probably resolve issues by searching the internet. But I still find myself missing the well curated support portals crafted by these smaller service providers. -

Great applications that meet business standards! Date: Mar 08 2021
Summary: I haven't had issues with Microsoft 365. The best advantage I have is that Microsoft 365 stretches out its permit to different gadgets, so I can work and adjust all between them. For instance, I have a MacBook Air and an iPhone. At the point when I work on my Mac I can undoubtedly enjoy a reprieve and afterward take a perspective on all I have done on the telephone. It's so agreeable and utilized cordial.
Positive: I like how Microsoft incorporates all the applications required for business and instruction in one spot in an uncommon way, so you don't get overpowered. You have Word, PowerPoint, Excel, One Note thus many others that I'm certain you didn't know exist, however, they are helpful and fundamental to complete your work.
Negative: The application for iPhone gadgets isn't on par with the web variant. They should update it so everybody can defeat those applications from Microsoft. The web rendition ought to be improved, as well. The primary thing you see on the principle page is a snappy perspective on the entirety of your documents however they are not coordinated so well.
