MiVu Description

MiVu™, a software package, is designed to perform microseismic analysis during hydraulic fracturing. It can be used for both surface and downhole geophone arrays. MiVu™, which can be used to build simple and complex geologic models interactively and to design optimal microseismic monitoring geometries, process data with user-defined workflows and image event locations using multiple techniques. It also allows you to visualize and interpret microseismic events 3D. Multiple event location methods are available, including cross double difference, 3D grid search, 3D migrating, and 3D grid search. This allows you to see how different geophysical methods affect the location of the microseismic events. It will help you to understand the strengths and weaknesses of each method.
