Summary: Menulog has competition with the likes of DoorDash and Uber Eats, they each have their cons and pros but what stands out for Menulog compared to the two others is that the food is delivered much faster and ordering is much easier.
Positive: The delivery time was efficient and fast, food came freshly cooked and delivery was correct and sufficient.
Negative: If there is missing items or poor quality food or items were not edible it took way too long for customer assist to respond and provide a refund. Also Menulog does not have an app it would be good if they had an app to order from.

Summary: $#*! show through and through. Rating is way below 1.
Positive: A big fat zero.
Negative: Misrepresentation of timing on app, no ability to check when order is late, u get placed on a chat and they will keep queuing you straight to the back so u don't end up resolving your issue. Then they will close the chat window so you end up starting all over again with a new chat and on a long queue. They are NOT even remotely interested in helping you, or resolve an issue that is categorically their fault. In my case, order didn't come for over 2 hrs, attempts to cancel was like pulling teeth, after well over 2 hrs and ignoring my requests to cancel and get a refund, they said order was delivered...well guess what no order was delivered and it's now 41 minutes after they notified.

Summary: Worse service and rip off food service out there you will not receive what you pay for and they don't care about stealing money from unaware customers.
Positive: Don't use this service you will pay for food that is never delivered. Also they will make it very difficult to try and even get a refund. This business is a thief. Never ever am I ordering food through Menulog as I have twice now and both times only half my order arrived. And it's Nelly impossible to contact anyone with Menulog and the restaurant when contacted just said sorry there is nothing they could do to help. Again do not use this service you will be ripped off and these parasites should not be in business.
Negative: That twice only half what I payed for was delivered. And no help from this rip off service.

3 orders in a row were terrible. Avoid Menulog just order direct with the restaurant. Date: Aug 02 2021
Summary: Disgraceful, terrible, poor service, not satisfied, really really really really really really crappy.
Positive: Nothing, there is nothing nice to say about them at all. You should order through the restaurant directly so the profits stay with them.
Negative: Order #1 - Drink didn’t arrive with the food, no refund offered.

Order #2 - Terrible food and service
Order#3 - Menulog stated 30 minute delivery, it took nearly 2 hours, food was cold, the app said the food had been delivered and I couldn’t speak to anyone at the restaurant or Menulog directly. Finally when I did speak to them on their cut line, they promised to email me and sort it out, they didn’t.
I’ve now deleted the app. I’ll go direct with the restaurant like we all should.
