Materials 4D Description

Materials 4D is a graphical, onscreen takeoff system for contractors. It combines intuitive data entry and flexible reporting to speed up your construction material estimates. Materials 4D can import plan data from Sitework 4D or enter it on-screen from PDF, TIF, or CAD. It measures areas, lengths, and counts them and then extends them into tons of concrete, yards of asphalt, guard rail lengths, counts of your lights and other cost items. Materials 4D exports spreadsheet data by structure and material, phase of construction and generates detailed geo-referenced graphic reports that can be emailed, displayed on Google Earth, or navigated on-site with your iPhone or Android.
