Designed with the real-world workflow of massage therapists in mind, it incorporates intelligent travel buffers for mobile appointments, service areas based on postal codes and distances, eco-friendly booking incentives that promote efficient scheduling, and secure clinical SOAP notes that are encrypted when stored. The free version provides essential tools such as booking, client management, SOAP notes, payment processing, and calendar synchronization, while premium plans introduce additional functionalities like reminders, deposits, packages, memberships, and AI-enhanced documentation to further streamline the practice. A gift that keeps on giving, but took time to adapt to it's greatness Date: May 07 2026
Summary: There are an abundance of features to this platform. And I've used it about a month or two now, while straddling my old system, so it's managed about 50% of my bookings in that time. And from here on it will manage 100% of them.
From my pov it takes time to get your groove with this app, partly because I think it is so well equipped you need time to get used to the many options available to use, to find which suits our business best.
I am in the pro version at beta stage during launch/testing. So i have seen almost all the features available, which has been brilliant to see such a thing.
I think this system has got some amazing benefits and it's almost close to becoming a CRM system to an extent, as well as a booking system, and a therapist planner all in one!
Also really great design + layout work.
Clear, crisp, clean, and to the point.Positive: It's well equipped with multiple options that account for the numerous ways to do something in any transaction with a client. Dependent on how you want to work with that particular client.
Great, because not every client pays the same, or interacts the same as the next.
Also great because you might want to work in a different way, or adapt your way of working to a different tune.
The new features that have unfolded during the period i've used it have been brilliant and so useful. Like: being able to just send a link of an intake form to a client's whatsapp, incase they don't get the email when the booking was confirmed.
Fuss free, and easy things like this make it a dream tool as a booking management system.
The deposit and payment set-up options are really helpful to have for the different types of bookings + clients I get: from individuals, to groups, to b2b bookings.
The wellbeing, tracking, hands-on and mileage summaries are also some of the reasons why this is the app for me. And I did a lot of research of the marketplace, before knowing this was the ultimate tool for me and my business.Negative: Clients haven't used it to book from home, as much as my last booking system as yet - i'm not sure if that means they're scared of it as it's new. I'm hoping i can coax them into using it more freely for some.

The thinking behind this is thorough - so thorough, I wonder if it's too clever for some people. It's definitely a system built for people who know what they want, and people who want to make the most of what they do best.
