Adobe also offers a program called Pangea, which is Adobe's flexible consumption, single metric contracting model that gives customers the ability to leverage a bucket of credits (or interactions) across any of their licensed Adobe products throughout the term of the contract.

Positive: I love that it integrates with Salesforce to help me know how customers are connecting with our content.
Negative: Integrating anything with Salesforce can be a challenge. I wish it showed a little more in the widgets on the Salesforce end.

Positive: The application has tools to capture potential customers through communication mechanisms by means of A/B tests that provide a greater relationship between consumers, it also has a customizable usability that adapts to any need that our customers may have through the company's website.
Negative: It does not have a notification section when potential customers are found, which sometimes generates a loss of opportunities within the market. Similarly, it does not provide an optimal evaluation in which these potential customers can be used to develop strategies and capture interests.

It is very easy to operate and robust. Also, integration with the Software development life cycle makes it more helpful, and managing marketing campaigns become much easier.
