The process begins with a single dish, where operators verify ingredient matches, quantities, units, yields, and actual costs, using new invoices to maintain updated pricing. A photo of the menu provides dish names and selling prices, while AI-generated recipe drafts serve as preliminary estimates pending review. Operators evaluate dish margins and suggested pricing, making decisions on what to modify and manually updating their register afterwards. Notably, a POS connection is not mandatory. The QR menu remains free of charge, whereas continuous AI scanning and the margin engine require either a trial period or a paid subscription for full access.
