MapleSoft's goal is to offer affordable software that works well. We don't compare ourselves to others. Instead, we set goals that aim for excellence. We welcome feedback from customers and offer suggestions. If it is feasible, beneficial to the majority of users, or if it is a great idea, we will implement it. Customers are encouraged to download upgrades. Upgrades are free for the first year, and then they are discounted. Spread the word and let others learn that Flashdrives can be requested or downloaded and they can use our programs up to 30 times without having to pay anything. Our Checkbook program, which can even print a profit-and-loss report, is also available as a completely free program. Customers are encouraged to contact us via email. We will respond quickly to your inquiries with real solutions. Windows can be complicated with all the different hardware and programs available. Sometimes computers don't behave as they should. We will try our best to help.

    Summary: My church uses for more than 10 and it work very good for us. We added a couple of reports to make audit on specific accounts, this is very useful for us.
    We would like to have an options to mark the payment that required 1099 at the end of the year.

    Positive: -Price
    -Easy to use
    -Paid personalized reports can be added to make exactly what you want
    -It print checks to be added in checkbook

    Negative: -The multiples checkbooks can not be integrated in the same report
    -Payroll is not an option
