    Summary: Website locked up on me and I was not able to ever do anything with again. I could no longer do lessons or anything including cancelling. A website that does not work is useless. Find a language app that is reliable.

    Positive: I was using Mango for a short time without trouble. Then today I signed into it but was not able to do anything. No lessons. Could not view my profile. Could not do anything. Tried 3 different browsers. Nothing. Used a different email address to see if I could do some free lessons as if I am a new person. That was OK. I finally was able to get in contact with their support team and cancelled my subscription. Cannot learn from a website that does not work.

    Negative: Boring and repetitive and the website locks up sometimes.
