Mandarin allows you to create a comprehensive and efficient vendor management process that will allow you to track and maintain vital vendor data. Mandarin captures general contact information, as well as information about insurance coverage, financial capability, accreditations and safety and health data, as well expiries. Vendors will typically register their details via your website by filling out an online registration form. You can also do this manually by entering as little data as possible into your system. Once you approve a Vendor Web-Registration, the vendor is added to your database and a Pre Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ), is sent to them via an email link. Mandarin regularly checks your Vendor Register to ensure compliance. Mandarin makes sure that your Vendor Insurance is current, that certifications and accreditations have been updated, and that the PQQ's have been updated at a time that you choose.
