Summary: Best-value ATS in the market. Very easy to use, has all the indispensable features an ATS should have, plus a couple of fancy and very helpful ones like the recommendation engine.
Overall I highly recommend the software!

Positive: Best bang for the buck. Wide range of features that'll streamline sourcing and recruitment processes. The development team is very attentive to its customers' needs. Very reactive customer support.

Negative: Large resume can take a while to load in some cases.

Summary: I would say that the solution is great for everyone. People with little experience using ATS will find it very easy to use, while experienced recruiters will appreciate the number of features that actually make our life easier.

Positive: Managing openings and candidates is extremely easy, alone or when multiple recruiters are working on a position.
Same applies to managing leads and clients with the built-in CRM menu.

Negative: Until a couple of weeks back the Gmail integration was not possible which made going back and forth a little painful but it's now possible to integrate Gmail and Google Calendar and manage both in Manatal.

Summary: Pretty good. The software saves me from the more boring aspects of my job. It's handy, simple and easy to use. And it provides very nice features (AI recommendations, Social media enrichment, automated resume parsing, to name a few). It's also cheap compared to other ATS. Overall, a very good experience.

Positive: The features on this ATS are something else. I found the AI recommendation system very helpful. It saves so much time. The guest access portal is also very handy for my supervisor & managers to actually see how our recruitment is progressing. Most of all, I enjoyed using the customizable job pipeline. The interface, the simplicity, it's just what I needed.

Negative: It was difficult to navigate the vendor portal at first. I had never used such a function before. It took some time, practice, and one demo call with Manatal's team to finally get used to it. They provide documentation explaining the process now, but back when I started using the software that was not the case

Summary: Overall great experience, would definitely recommend to any recruitment agency that does sourcing on LinkedIn

Positive: Super easy to use and really instinctive. Huge time saver compared to the system we were using previously. Allowing a quick overview of each recruitment process for any clients/candidates. Definitely a go-to!

Negative: Have to be careful about the size of the CVs you want to parse as it may take some time

Summary: Performance review for the recruiting team. -Keep tracking for the candidates and build candidates pipeline. -Helps to manage projects - clients generally -Helps to track my daily activities (Calls- Interviews - Meetings- Daily tasks and emails)

Positive: Management and Organizing of the recruiting process. - Easy Usage. - Always on Improvements and Updates. -Gathers all detailed information of the candidates. - Excellent Technical team support. -Customizable as well.

Negative: I am using it every day, haven't faced any issues so far.

Summary: I recommend this software, they have a lot of things to offer and takes the feedback seriously to improve the software plus they offer free trial! I'm really happy cause it made everything easier for me and it saves my time!

Positive: The UI is very simple, and easy for me to keep track of my candidates and store the data in a systematic way. A lot of features that you can use like editing the CVs, keeping track of your own performance, etc.. The google extension of Manatal is my favorite since you can send multiple connections on Linkedin!

Negative: A bit laggy from time to time, but it doesn't last long. Few bugs, but easily fixed by the Customer service team.

Summary: It covers the basics and adds a bit more in terms of features, functionalities, and integration to job portals and other HR software. Overall, I think Manatal is one of the most promising in its field, it excels in supporting candidate sourcing and internal collaboration. It's not yet at its best, it's still a joy and a time-saver to use.

Positive: I think this is one neat little platform. It's very easy to use, and it covers more or less every stage of my recruitment process. Some of the features are really fun and make things so much easier. The AI recommendations engine is just an amazing feature to have.

Negative: There was a day when the social media enrichment tool just refused to work. It took a couple of hours for the support team to handle it, but that was a hitch in my day. The resume parser doesn't parse JPEG pictures, so that could be a plus if it gets included, but then again I've yet to find a solution that supports this.

Summary: Great experience overall. We've been able to increase drastically our recruitment efficiency by sourcing candidates faster and leveraging our large pool of candidates.

Positive: - Pricing

Negative: - No freenium plan
- Trial period of only 14 days (they did not agree to extend it)

Summary: A must-have for any growing business. If you work in HR, this will relieve you of a lot of extra labor. Everything is simple to use and understand. They got a 14-day free trial that is good to try if you are testing the waters for an ATS.

Positive: The user interface, features, and customer service are great. It has all the professional tools you'll need to source, track, and organize candidates and collaborate with the team.

Negative: I didn't come across anything significant to report. No problem so far after 6 months.

Summary: Super good value, easy to use, advanced tools covering the whole recruitment cycle. A very good investment overall.

Positive: All the CRM and ATS needed for an agency to run for a price that is one of the cheapest in the market. Even though it's super affordable, Manatal includes lots of cool features like social media enrichment or AI candidate scoring which help a lot our sourcing and screening.

Negative: The AI recommendation of candidates doesn't perform great when using job descriptions in Thai language.

Summary: Since the free trial began, I've had a fantastic experience. We are now 6 months in! It was a winner all around because it was jam-packed with features, brilliant performance, and have a fair price point that is great value for money.

Positive: It's a pretty simple ATS to learn and install. They provide outstanding written and video documentation. My favorite feature is the AI recommendation and automatic extraction of candidate social media and resume parsing because it reduces the time spent finding and screening candidates significantly.

Negative: The email inbox feature on Manatal is not available during the 14-day free trial.

Summary: Very good platform. Way easier to use than most competitors. It also offers a large number of tools for a pretty cheap price tag so good value. The only thing missing is premium job board job posting but that should be available in not long.

Positive: Great software for a team of around 10 recruiters. There's no implementation and setup takes only a few minutes then you are good to go. Everything is very easy to do including creating a new custom career page and having your openings automatically posted on free job boards.

Negative: The only downside so far for us is that it's not possible to share jobs to premium job boards. This is a feature we are told is currently being built but until it's available to users I will give a 4 stars score.

Summary: If you have been using Excel to manage your recruitment processes for all this time you should definitely give Manatal a try.

Positive: - Manatal makes the boring and painstaking aspects of recruitment so easy! It is also quite simple to set up and use.

Negative: - I felt that the design choices provided in the customizable UI could be better.
