Summary: We are saving lots of time processing candidates and definitely improved the candidate experience through our new customized career portal and streamlining each steps of the hiring process.

Positive: Manatal is very complete, it includes pretty much everything you need to conduct an efficient recruitment process. The design makes the experience very intuitive even for people who have never used an ATS before. It is also very fast and is upgraded weekly with new features. I highly recommend it to anyone wanting to improve their recruitment process.

Negative: The only feature that I thought was missing was the possibility to change candidates status from "Hired" to "Employee" as a way to keep an employee records but this was added two months back.

Summary: I used the software for the last 4 months to run my recruitment agency, switching from Excel. It's a great quality of life tool that saves me a huge amount of time so I'm very happy I made the investment. I highly recommend it to people launching their agency, when you reach a point at which using Excel becomes a drag.

Positive: Very easy to use, and lots of features that make my life easier. It is very easy to find candidates in a large database, simply search by typing keywords (skills, location, diploma, past experiences,...), this saves me a lot of time compared to searching an Excel file or doing a new search on Linkedin. The CRM tool allows me to manage all my clients and I can invite them to participate to each recruitment process directly into the platform. No more looking into my email inbox for an old feedback on a candidate, everything is now in Manatal. Finally, the price was a very important factor when deciding to subscribe after my free trial. I could not find any other ATS that offers so many features for the same price.

Negative: So far so good, I hope that they keep adding new tools, add more job boards and keep the price the same.

Summary: Manatal allows me to save time on every step of the way, from sourcing candidates and reviewing applications, to setting up activities and collaborating with my team and hiring managers.

Positive: The candidate scoring system and the social media enrichment are some of my favorite tools as it saves me a huge amount of time screening candidates. Inviting hiring managers to collaborate on the positions they are involved with is very easy, saves us time and allows to save all information related to that specific application in one place for future reference.

Negative: The software is very easy to use but the UI in my opinion could use more colors or be more original, as of right now the only two colors you will see are blue and white. Would be great if that could be customized.

Summary: Overall very happy, definitely the ATS that offers the best value in
the market.

Positive: Manatal was very easy to set up and customize. It has all the traditional ATS features plus a couple more innovative ones that really help with candidate screening and finding the best candidates in a large database

Negative: The only language option for the interface is English. Manatal would have been easier to adopt for some of my colleagues had the interface been in the local language.

Summary: It has really been great, there are a couple of things that could be perfected but overall it's a solid system.

Positive: The platform has really been great for us. It's very easy to use and do things like creating a job and sharing it on multiple job boards or sharing notes with other users throughout the process.

Negative: Things like creating branded and custom resume can be improved because even though it doesn't happen often, some resume format don't convert well.

Summary: Without doubt the best value if you are looking for an ATS offering the possibility to integrate via API.

Positive: Great help received by the customer support. We were trying
to integrate our systems with Manatal via API and they really went above and beyond helping us to achieve that. Now everything is set up and running and we love the software.

Negative: No complaints so far, Manatal is integrated and all works well.

Summary: Very good ATS, completely replaced our Excel sheets. I use it daily and don't know how I could do without it.

Positive: All the features of traditional ATSs, with a number of added
features like the AI recommendation engine and social media enrichment.

Negative: It's been over 6 months and nothing bad so far. They keep adding features and improving the UI so I'm pretty excited to see what they have in store for the future.

Summary: Best ATS value wise, plus it's super easy to use. I highly recommend to anyone that spends their days doing recruitment from Linkedin, social media and job boards.

Positive: Lots of intuitive features that make my work much more efficient. For example the candidate rating system which cuts screening time by half, or the parser that automatically extracts information from candidates resume.

Negative: A freenium version would be great, right now there is only a 14 days trial and then you have to opt in one of their plans.

Summary: It's a very positive experience. We've been using Manatal for almost a year now and we're quite happy with it. Initially we just signed up for the free trial but the software and pricing were too good to pass up.

Positive: I like using this ATS because it provides a feature for every task I have to undertake while I recruit. The LinkedIn extension helps with the sourcing, the AI engine helps with the parsing and vetting, and now they've got even more features for collaboration, task management, guest access, onboarding, you name it. It's a compact solution that covers all the areas I need covered. Very good software.

Negative: If the software's interface was in other languages than English, that would have been very helpful. Some of our team members aren't as linguistically inclined, so it was difficult for them to use initially. I solved this by training them in using the software the same way Manatal's team trained me during the demo. It's not a major issue, but oh well.

Summary: Very good. I would recommend this to anyone who is currently doing recruitment and wants an ATS that can both help with things like candidate screening, and exploit their database to the fullest.

Summary: Super easy to use and very snappy interface. There are minor points that can be improved but overall it is a very strong option for agencies looking for an ATS.

Positive: Lots of tools, you almost never have to leave the platform as it includes an email inbox, calendar, collaboration tools.

Negative: The dashboard (home screen) is customizable to an extent, but I can't have it display everything I would like to have. I hope that they will extend this later on.

Summary: It's been a pleasure using Manatal, and I believe we will continue using it for our recruitment. I look forward to seeing what new features they introduce and how they optimize existing ones.

Positive: It's a very effective ATS, I'll say that. my process is so much better defined since I've signed up with Manatal. I feel a lot more comfortable using their job pipeline. It's also very useful in terms of monitoring my team's progress, and getting data about ongoing projects without any trouble. I like that they allow exporting and migrating data, the feature is almost everywhere.

Negative: The career page could look better. It's very customizable as is, but I wasn't a big fan of the design options. I guess I'm more used to the traditional domain-hosted career page, it's a bit more flexible.

Summary: I've been using Manatal for my recruitment for a while and I can't say I'm disappointed in the software or the support team. The platform is very easy to navigate. Features are also very easy to pick up, and every time they introduce a new feature, they add user guides on how they work and so on.

Positive: Being able to add a large number of resumes and getting AI recommendations for the top applicants is my favourite feature. I also use the LinkedIn sourcing extension on the daily, it helps me import in-depth candidate profiles in passing. Very useful.

Negative: If the integration feature included more career portals that would be great. There are many global ones but not some local ones that I use like Quikr, I hope that they localize more this aspect of the product.

Summary: Overall very positive. It took me a couple of hours to get used to it but now I can confidently say that Manatal is saving me a lot of time. I highly recommend it to anyone that does both BD/account management and recruitment work at the same time.

Positive: Very clean interface and efficient interactive onboarding. This makes learning the software very easy even for someone like me who had not experience using an ATS before. The included CRM tools are a blessing as I do not have to move from one software to another when switching between recruiting / account management.

Negative: There are a lot of options to customize what users in a same company can see and do, which turns out to be a little complicated. I recommend new users to spend the time reading the documentation touching this topic as doing this would have saved me an hour of looking around and trying all the settings.

Summary: Best-value ATS in the market. Very easy to use, has all the indispensable features an ATS should have, plus a couple of fancy and very helpful ones like the recommendation engine.
Overall I highly recommend the software!

Positive: Best bang for the buck. Wide range of features that'll streamline sourcing and recruitment processes. The development team is very attentive to its customers' needs. Very reactive customer support.

Negative: Large resume can take a while to load in some cases.
