Summary: We had limited time to launch, and we ended up even slightly (24 hours) ahead of schedule. The product saves time and, ultimately, money for the study organizers.

Positive: The developers' task was to create an optimal service for DM department. The main advantage is that the system adapts well to the format of any trial. We use the functionality for a hybrid trial that covers several areas. The platform is user-friendly for data entry and randomization of drug dosing.

Negative: There is some overload on options. Staff reported difficulty in learning.

Summary: It's all about ease of use. When all the settings are made, using the system is a pleasure. The more data needs to be processed, the more you realize that competent people have worked on the service. Everything here has been thought out to the finest detail.

Positive: All functions are in one place, the structure is well-thought-out, and the operation is smooth. Speed. It is an effective tool for an international project with many employees and an extensive structure.

Negative: Familiarity with the system takes a long time, and not all users can be responsible enough to learn. As a result, errors can occur when using it.

Summary: When we learned that the service was developed by people with professional experience in medicine and clinical research, we realized that the product could not be wrong. After working in the demo mode, we were convinced that it had everything we needed.

Positive: It supports all languages and gives the team complete control over the study. Data entry is easy, and management is available at all times. Flexible randomization system for changing doses and routes of administration.

Negative: For those working with EDC from scratch, the settings may seem complicated.

Summary: Our company is completely satisfied with the software - but most of all with its broad functionality and high operating speed. We have been using it for about a year now – it provides complete data security so we have no reason to be afraid of losing information. We are impressed by the advanced IWRS system – web-randomization and the ability to manage the supply of medicines.

Positive: The program developers can modify the system if it is required. We have already done this once and intend to do so in the future. In addition, each client has access to a private SaaS cloud hosting service, which guarantees our data security. Another advantage is the reasonable cost of the software.

Negative: Not found so far. But perhaps an integrated constructor for self-modification of the platform would be helpful.

Summary: Research in pharmaceuticals is, on the one hand, increasingly complex in terms of dealing with regulators and the evidence base. On the other hand, software tools such as MainEDC simplify the routine operations of working with data.

Positive: Really easy to build ePRO and eCRF forms as well as define the study roles and join subjects to the study. All the right data handling features, plus any level of randomization. Data import works well, and managers mastered the job training in a couple of days. Payment is set up correctly - we only pay for using the functionality, not for downtime. It helped me significantly in my work as DM.

Negative: I couldn't find any. Maybe you somebody else can tell about cons? not me.

Summary: In our opinion, such systems should completely stop using less reliable ways of documenting pharmaceutical studies. There is a low probability of data falsification, which simplifies the regulatory process. In addition, all international regulators are there in the setting.

Positive: Simple interface for working with data, complete project control from data collection to analytical processing and uploading to number of format plus API integration with other platforms. Responsive technical support stuff helped us fine-tune the system for the needs of our research into a new group of drugs.

Negative: There were a few bugs at the beginning. As we realized, the platform only supports Google Health service and different fitness trackers, so there were issues with validation for medical devices and additional budget ( sorted out by the support team)

Summary: A modern product that combines several tools in one. There is both a structured database and the possibility of randomization, which adjusts the pattern of application and dosage of drugs within specified limits etc

Positive: As a project manager, I had to control all stages of work - including tools for working with statistical information. It is reassuring that all of the data here has credibility, which gives an objective view of the study.

Negative: They can consider this a minus simultaneously as a plus - too complicated settings at the start. Perhaps some projects could benefit from so many different options.

Summary: The platform has few worthy competitors. The software developers are always open to dialogue and make any revisions within 24 hours.

Positive: Price! Payment goes only for the working time of the project. A powerful and speedy application saves running clinical trial time and costs. MainEDC's main point is its state-of-the-artwork tools all in one place. Our trial with IWRS and drug supply was up and running for just five days!!

Negative: There was an excessive amount of documentation at the time of UAT and an overly responsible attitude towards international regulations. This sometimes prevents us from working quickly.

Summary: Almost ideal solution that solves all the problems of a clinical trial. It is possible to conduct an international scale study online.

Positive: Soft provides complete study control, built-in reports and analytics options allow for quick decision-making in a tight deadline environment. Team are available always.

Negative: For our large-scale project, export data to PDF files are long and heavy (up to 2 hours).

Summary: It is a versatile and professional software that is advanced and adapted to modern needs. Many of whom work remotely, our team gives the platform five stars.

Positive: Flexible and versatile clinical trials software with support for any language. Fast data entry and professional analytics. The people behind it seem to be experienced in clinical trials and know what users want in projects like this.

Negative: There are no particular drawbacks here. Some staff members don't like the design, but it is concise and user-friendly; nothing is superfluous.

Summary: MainEDC is quite a competitive market product with many advantages and a minimum of disadvantages. For clinical trials of drugs, I recommend it.

Positive: In my opinion, it has all the features you need for collecting and processing clinical data. All the information can be uploaded to the regulator and get approval to market the drug in an expedited manner. The most significant advantages of the system are the speed of start-up and operation, and the platform does not slow down, even with a vast amount of data entered.

Negative: Different environments for site staff and CRO/Sponsor teams. This creates certain inconveniences.

Summary: The platform is four stars for quick data entry and handling. The drug supply is automatic, which eliminates the possibility of errors due to human negligence.

Positive: Any clinical trial requires time and the organization of participants. With MainEDC, we save not only time but also money. We only pay for the application itself when we use it. All our data is stored on a cloud server so that all users with access can work with it at any time. We did audit of DM without any findings.

Negative: The settings are too complicated. In our project, many things turned out to be unnecessary and only slowed down the work.

Summary: A powerful and fast platform that is easy to use and saves our time. And significantly, it reduces the cost of the project.

Positive: So far, I haven't been able to find anything better in terms of functionality - all the tools our group needs are here and always at hand. Loyal customer service that solves any problems that may arise. A distinct advantage is a fast start. We launched our clinical trial in a matter of days.

Negative: Some staff members find the settings unnecessarily complicated, but in reality, it takes some getting used to.
