Summary: We chose MainEDC because of its functions related to data management in pharma. We paid little attention to the fact that this platform is cloud-hosted. We appreciated it in 1.5 years when our business suddenly began to scale. We acquired two smaller companies. No one could predict it! We didn’t have to change to new research solutions because MainEDC perfectly met our needs.

Positive: You can never know when your business will start to grow and demand more resources. When this moment comes, MainEDC can help pretty much.

Negative: Once, I spent 10 minutes looking for a feature that I needed… It was located not where I expected to find it.

Summary: The design of MainEDC is a bit too generic. But I don’t have any negative remarks about the functionality. All the data is at my fingertips, neatly visualized and arranged. One of my colleagues says that some features and settings are excessive. I don’t agree with her. The more precisely you configure the settings, the faster your project will run and the more informative its results will be.

Positive: MainEDC boosts the efficiency of research. It makes it easier to control every step of the process and get a clearer vision of the results.

Negative: Some features and functions can come as a surprise for newcomers.

Summary: Speed of work is pretty much ok and it’s not prone to bugs. You need to explore all the numerous features and figure out the best settings for each individual case. The result can be perfect but to achieve the result, you have to sweat sometimes. All my colleagues share my opinion. Despite this drawback, we stick to MainEDC because, for our work, it’s more advanced than most competitors. The alternative is to use the default settings, which also works well, but it's not our way or the way of our sponsors 😊. That's why such rich customization is the biggest plus for us in the system!

Positive: MainEDC is powerful and rather user-friendly. It seems to have every single feature that might need for work.

Negative: Some features cost additional money... (PACS, eCOA)

Summary: I spent about two decades doing clinical trials and some of my most nightmarish work-related memories are connected with data failures. Sometimes all data or a big part of it would be lost at the very last moment. Today, this happens not as frequently as previously. However, I realize that I always need to double-check things and play safe. MainEDC has been fully reliable from day one.

Positive: MainEDC has never let us down. It’s a reliable platform that processes most tasks rather fast. We enjoy working with it.

Negative: I would have changed minor design details and wording in a couple of cases.

Summary: MainEDC makes use of such technological advancements as neural networks which simplifies the process of working with data and maximizes its safety. However, these complex solutions remain under the hood. What end users see is a sleek interface. The fonts, proportions and color palette are eye-candy and make it easier to work with an otherwise complicated digital product.

Positive: Features are great too, of course! Sometimes it seems to me that this platform reads my mind and has a university degree.

Negative: I failed to properly fill in some forms from the first attempt.

Summary: It’s easy to upload the data and customize the way it looks. The settings are flexible. I often transfer data from one project in MainEDC to another and each time everything goes without a hitch. The forms library saves me time and effort. Plus, MainEDC supports all types of randomization. I recommend this tool to anyone who is involved in clinical trials.

Positive: Even though MainEDC costs less than some alternatives, it doesn’t lack any features. Instead, it offers more features than I expected!

Negative: Selected options in the menu seem counterintuitive.

Summary: I was very happy with the platform that I was working with. But my employer’s shareholders insisted on updates and we switched to several new solutions. MainEDC was one of them. An expert recommended it to us. He said it has features that its competitors lack. It’s more seamless. With our older solution, I had to make tons of clicks to achieve a certain result. With MainEDC, it takes two-three clicks. Love it =)

Positive: The interface is nice and modern. The functionality is extensive. I haven’t faced any bugs or errors. My colleagues praise it.

Negative: It’s very different from the older platform that I’ve been using for 6 years.

Summary: I might be a bit too conservative but I struggled to get used to it… In the first two weeks, it took me too long to realize which button to click to achieve the desired result. It required a practice.
In the third week, I had to admit it’s a great tool. MainEDC is functional and universal. It automates many small processes related to receiving, arranging and exporting data. It can deal with projects of any complexity level. I appreciate the way it visualizes data.
If you have a chance to try this platform in demo mode, I believe you should do it.

Positive: Is helpful for researchers and has flexible settings. It’s particularly fulfilling to generate and share reports in MainEDC.

Negative: I don't see it yet. Everything is fine for me. Hope it stays that way.

Summary: I understand that the target audience of MainEDC is wide and diverse. I represent a relatively small and modest industry player. There are too many features in the platform that we don’t need right now. However, the developer didn’t make us pay through the nose for them. I hope the DM365 team will be diligently updating and upgrading their product so that it remains helpful to us over the years.
A couple of times, we contacted the customer support crew. They were polite, friendly and attentive to every detail and answered our questions very fast.

Positive: Price, usability, performance and support. When our business begins to scale, we won’t have to switch to new software.

Negative: Excessive functionality. Well, we don’t mind getting a bit extra with sensible expenses.

Summary: I lead an inclusive team of professionals. It consists of people of different age groups and with different backgrounds. It was challenging to find the right approach to all of them when I was explaining to them how to use MainEDC! The good thing is that now they’re used to it and they confidently handle it.
Obviously, the people who created it understand a thing or two about validation, randomization and other tidbits that scientists require. I don’t mean to say that other platforms are no good. MainEDC is just more user-friendly and profound.

Positive: Reliable and well-thought-out. I think it’s a useful product for researchers, and we’ll keep working with it for at least a few years.

Negative: It took time and effort to teach my team to use it.

Summary: I’ve tried to work with two of its competitors for a while but this platform outperforms them. First, it’s rich in features. Second, it’s very logically organized. You don’t have to waste time searching for the necessary functions. Third, it operates very well from a technical viewpoint, there are no bugs. We’ll see if I manage to discover any drawbacks over time…
I came across MainEDC by chance and now want to spread the word about MainEDC so that others try it too.

Positive: Comprehensive interface, top functionality and reasonable price. I just started using it a couple of weeks ago and I’m impressed.

Negative: Haven’t detected any yet. Have tried only the most basic functions so far.

Summary: The platform is very versatile. This point is especially important when working on big projects with an international team. Since adding subjects to the study and managing the whole project becomes easier, the work itself becomes more effective.
Another big benefit of this service is that it has good value for money. Can’t say that its expensive, but on top of that – you only pay for actually using the service, not just for having it installed.

Summary: The way it complies with industry standards and its data protection system are remarkable. We would also like to mention how adaptive the platform is – we run a number of projects and each one uses the platform differently, thanks to how open to customisation it is.
MainEDC has clearly been created by people from our industry for other people from the industry – this is evident from how well-organised the interface is and how many different options are available.

Positive: We began working with MainEDC as we heard from colleagues that it’s the best tool out there at the moment. And not once have we been disappointed!

Negative: We did not notice any shortcomings, for us the platform fully meets our requirements.

Summary: Our team has tested several similar EDCs and MainEDC has proven to be the best one. Thanks to the wide range of services and options the platform offers, the paperwork is now minimal. All the information is entered directly into EDC which saves a lot of time and effort apart from paper. The analytics is gathered quickly and the reports are straightforward, so more effective decisions can be made.

Positive: The interface is intuitive and we understood what to do after some clicking around. The support team replies quickly and offers some extra options that can make the work even more efficient and easier. All in all, MainEDC is our choice for quick, flexible and safe clinical trials.

Negative: There are no drawbacks for me. Saves you a lot of time.

Innovative technologies have been used to ensure high-speed performance and complete security for the data entered into the system. The platform is perfectly adapted to our clinical trials, especially when it comes to the laboratory data processing.

Positive: The availability of blockchain technology means that no audit trail components are lost in the system. The company managers are satisfied with the user-friendly experience, even though it took them a couple of days to learn. The analytical capabilities in processing large volumes of data are impressive.

Negative: The sky's the limit for perfection. Our employees would like to get the functionality more structured, since there are some difficulties because of the numerous options that are unnecessary for their work.
