MacDroid allows you to transfer music, photos, videos and folders between your Mac computer and Android phone. MacDroid also allows you to edit files while on the move, without having them stored on your computer. This saves a lot of space. Simply connect your device with a USB cable or Wi-Fi to a Mac.
