Summary: Before MSB Docs, we often followed up with people to resign pages or fields in the contracts they missed while doing wet signatures. This delays the closures and sometimes discrepancies. There is less room for mistakes, delays, and frustration with MSB Docs. Happy to choose MSB Docs as our eSignature vendor.

Negative: None for now. They are easy to implement. The team is supportive so it makes the implementation altogether easier.

Summary: I started to use MSB Docs in 2020 during the lockdown period as there was no way to move and meet people to get documents signed using wet signatures. I used MSB Docs until I could come back to the office. On looking at the smooth signing even during the lockdown, my entire organization, including me, started using MSB Docs as a primary way to get documents signed internally and externally. We use MSB Docs to sign invoices, contracts, and legal documents. I'm happy to choose and use it.

Negative: Initially, our few team members were facing trouble switching from manual to digital, but MSB Docs made it more accessible. No cons to mention.

Summary: MSB Docs is being used in our organization to send contracts to both prospects and customers. It is truly a smart solution to organize, transmit, store and sign contracts, agreements, and other types of sales documents for us. We feel safe while transacting sensitive documents using this application compared to the other similar applications available in the market. It is pretty much easy to use every day, and it solves the paperwork challenges when done manually.

Summary: MSB Docs is currently used in multiple departments within my institution. At the student training department where I work, we use MSB Docs as our primary eSignature tool for collecting signatures of students and their guardians.
Basically, MSB Docs is always an excellent counterpart for any process requiring a physical signature.

A simple audit trail shows us every detail of the signed document including the name of the signer, time, and place. Some of our team members were a bit unsure about it at first, but once they started using it, there were no complaints.
