Summary: I like that MSB Docs works with the devices and apps that I use. I don't have to download different applications. I can use MSB Docs anytime anywhere and on any device. I can sign documents on the go, and I don't have to worry about having access to a pen, paper, printer and scanner.

Positive: An easy user interface lets its customers quickly get started with just one round of demo. Support is really good.

Negative: Limited integration options is what I found to write here.

Summary: MSB Docs allows me to easily compose and send documents in any format for esigning. It's the perfect tool for document collaboration. In my eyes there is simply no better alternative than MSB Docs.

Positive: MSB Docs esignature solution allows me to easily share customized (branded) links for getting a document eSigned.

Negative: Truly can't say anything bad about MSB Docs feature-wise. It's perfect.

Summary: MSB Docs is easy to use and provides a secure means of sending and signing documents on the go. It supports various integrations using which I can push/pull documents from cloud storage and start using it in an e-signature workflow.

Positive: I would say anytime, anywhere accessibility is one of the best benefits I got after digitizing paper-based signing with MSB Docs.

Negative: I can't think of anything that needs to be improved.

Summary: We are executing contracts and agreements using MSB Docs, and that is where I would recommend it to be primarily used. It has reduced the turnaround time by 80% for us, and the process has become more efficient as compared to when done manually. Most importantly, it nullified the document printing, storing, and delivering costs. It is highly recommended.

Positive: Fast, secure, and legal contract signing, Adding forms to MSB Docs is very easy and intuitive, TeamRoom is an excellent feature to collaborate on documents.

Negative: The user interface could be improved a bit. The rest of the features and functionalities are out of the box.

Summary: MSB Docs eSignature and document workflow solution is perfect for all our document transaction needs. It provides a smooth and fast solution to expedite the contract life cycle with e-signatures. I love this solution because it is so ubiquitous. I can send any number of digital documents in a single click to all my customers for eSignature. The dashboard is super easy to use. Cost-wise as well this platform is very affordable. So, without any doubt, I have a fabulous experience using MSB Docs.

Positive: MSB Docs smart document solutions are Fast & Reliable, Easy to Use, Legally Binding and Trusted Platform.

Negative: I do not think anything is missing or needs to be improved. All works fine for me.

Summary: MSB Docs is very convenient when we need multiple signatures. It makes the signature process very easy and effective, and we can track the signature anytime, saving time and effort.

Positive: Legally compliant and secure for sensitive documents, cloud storage offers easy storage and retrieval, no hidden costs.

Negative: Nothing needs improvement as MSB Docs is serving my all purpose.

Summary: Because of MSB Docs, we now have a completely paperless organization. Getting signature approvals has become painless without printing and tracking the physical paperwork. At first, I doubted transforming paper-based processes into digital, but the platform seems so secure and intuitive that I can't resist. I am happy with the decision to go paperless with MSB Docs.

Summary: This tool has been a lifesaver during covid times where we had to send out documents where we needed signs. Now we do it digitally.

Positive: Easy to send documents for signing and also notifying the concerned party to sign the document via email.
They really hit it out of the park with the pricing!

Negative: The customer support executives need more training on how to deal with the customers. They lack a little bit of empathy at the moment.

Negative: B2B not supported currently in MSB Docs.
Regions supporting are USA, Gulf, India. Broader scope for other continents as well.

Summary: Our entire organization is using MSB Docs and we are saving a lot of time and effort in manual work. We primarily use MSB Docs for internal business operations and the efficiency gains are outstanding.

Positive: Cloud-based storage makes things smooth.

27/7 instant call support is commendable.

Negative: In overall experience with MSB Docs, there have been small changes that I needed. However, the team fixed it for me within a day.

Summary: The overall experience with MSB Docs is amazing as the turnaround time of business processes has increased, and we are able to onboard more and more clients in less time. I would say it is one of the best eSigning and document workflow solutions out there.

Summary: I found this product really good as compared to its expensive counterparts. I am able to go paperless with an easy setup by MSB Docs. I am using it as a corporate tool with over 100+ other team members.

Negative: UI could be much better than the existing. Rest of the features and functionalities are great.

Summary: Overall it is a good signing solution and has integrations with all leading apps.

Negative: The design can be upgraded to give a new look and feel

Positive: Low cost.

Better than DocuSign and Adobe Sign.

Negative: Requires a bit of upgrades to UI and UX.

Summary: Before MSB Docs, we often followed up with people to resign pages or fields in the contracts they missed while doing wet signatures. This delays the closures and sometimes discrepancies. There is less room for mistakes, delays, and frustration with MSB Docs. Happy to choose MSB Docs as our eSignature vendor.

Positive: Multiple signing options.

Bulk compose and signing.

Negative: None for now. They are easy to implement. The team is supportive so it makes the implementation altogether easier.
