Summary: Due to the ongoing pandemic, it has been impossible to get my documents signed physically until i came across MSB docs. Although there are many similar products out there but none of them provide similar ease of use and such useful templates. Overall an amazing experience.

Positive: Impressive User Interface.
Lots of useful pre-existing templates to choose from.

Negative: There is no such thing that i don't like about this product although adding more templates could always come in handy.

Negative: Honestly, MSB Docs has everything I need, and I haven’t found any drawbacks.

Summary: I like that MSB Docs works with the devices and apps that I use. I don't have to download different applications. I can use MSB Docs anytime anywhere and on any device. I can sign documents on the go, and I don't have to worry about having access to a pen, paper, printer and scanner.

Positive: An easy user interface lets its customers quickly get started with just one round of demo. Support is really good.

Negative: Limited integration options is what I found to write here.

Summary: MSB Docs allows me to easily compose and send documents in any format for esigning. It's the perfect tool for document collaboration. In my eyes there is simply no better alternative than MSB Docs.

Positive: MSB Docs esignature solution allows me to easily share customized (branded) links for getting a document eSigned.

Negative: Truly can't say anything bad about MSB Docs feature-wise. It's perfect.

Summary: MSB Docs is easy to use and provides a secure means of sending and signing documents on the go. It supports various integrations using which I can push/pull documents from cloud storage and start using it in an e-signature workflow.

Positive: I would say anytime, anywhere accessibility is one of the best benefits I got after digitizing paper-based signing with MSB Docs.

Negative: I can't think of anything that needs to be improved.

Summary: We are executing contracts and agreements using MSB Docs, and that is where I would recommend it to be primarily used. It has reduced the turnaround time by 80% for us, and the process has become more efficient as compared to when done manually. Most importantly, it nullified the document printing, storing, and delivering costs. It is highly recommended.

Positive: Fast, secure, and legal contract signing, Adding forms to MSB Docs is very easy and intuitive, TeamRoom is an excellent feature to collaborate on documents.

Negative: The user interface could be improved a bit. The rest of the features and functionalities are out of the box.

I can send any number of digital documents in a single click to all my customers for eSignature. The dashboard is super easy to use. Cost-wise as well this platform is very affordable. So, without any doubt, I have a fabulous experience using MSB Docs.

Negative: I do not think anything is missing or needs to be improved. All works fine for me.

Summary: This tool has been a lifesaver during covid times where we had to send out documents where we needed signs. Now we do it digitally.

Negative: The customer support executives need more training on how to deal with the customers. They lack a little bit of empathy at the moment.

Summary: Our entire organization is using MSB Docs and we are saving a lot of time and effort in manual work. We primarily use MSB Docs for internal business operations and the efficiency gains are outstanding.

Negative: In overall experience with MSB Docs, there have been small changes that I needed. However, the team fixed it for me within a day.

Summary: The overall experience with MSB Docs is amazing as the turnaround time of business processes has increased, and we are able to onboard more and more clients in less time. I would say it is one of the best eSigning and document workflow solutions out there.
