    Summary: Overall experience is excellent & specially their customer support team is great. they work as one team and take care of customer needs on priority.

    Positive: We have been associated with Logixgrid for last 10 years.they have dedicated team for each department and their after sales customer service is outstanding. they keep upgrading their software ahead of time which helped us to add value to our customers hence leads to overall growth of the supply chain industry in India and overseas. their software is user friendly and easy to understand. we strongly recommend Logixgrid logistics & supply chain management system.

    Summary: Overall a good and comprehensive product for LMD and express shipments, can be adopted immediately for early start ups and LMD players in middle east.

    Positive: Application is useful for Logistics Business, specially for Last Mile product.
    Covers all operational feature and processes involved in LMD.
    We added a customized 'Inbound Shipments Clearance Process' which made this app wonderful and ready to use in Gulf.
    Ready to integrated with all e-commerce platforms and back end suppliers.

    Negative: Some features like handling of lost shipments, unclaimed shipments is missing, Visual and designs to be made more attractive for front end users.
    if add Freight module also for heavy shipments can be a comprehensive solution for Logistics.
