Summary: I would recommend this product to any team of people looking to increase efficiency by allowing data to drive the decisions.
Positive: I liked the customer service provided with the platform. As my team and I unpacked the features, the support available during the implementation process was phenomenal!
Negative: The lag time between implementation and learning curve was longer than I expected.

Summary: I am glad to have used LogicalDOC software at my enterprise. It has greatly helped me accomplish everything that i wished for. It is easy to install and use due to its user friendliness GUI.
If you have not tried LogicalDOC you are missing on a lot.

Summary: Basically, i can say that logicalDOC equires less skills for one to understand it. It is easy to install and use.
At that affordable price, it is worth to try itPositive: This is an enterprise which you can get at an affordable price and also easy to use. Furthermore it offers a 30 day free trial for those who want to try it.
It offers a user friendly interface which makes it easy for the user to navigate into it.Negative: The major concern with it it is that the customer care team is based in Italy and hence it may be hard to reach to them due to the time difference.

Thanks for the nice review. The support team is composed by the same developers that produce the solution, this implies the fact that the first answer is always qualified. We cover all the working hours of EU countries and also work outside EU working hours to cover US time zones. -

Summary: Selecting the right product to manage our organization's documents was a long and complicated process.
In the end we chose LogicalDOC and we are very satisfied, the user interface is simple and intuitive, the software is packed of features and support helped us smoothly, even before the purchase.Positive: Web-services API with SOAP and REST interfaces enabled us to easily integrate LD with other software
Negative: The interface is not very customizable, and some functions are not so easy to use, you need to read the documentation

LogicalDOC for Medium Size Companies Date: Nov 14 2025
Summary: Overall good for medium size Organizations who want to make their organization paperless. It has good workflow and stamping feature free available which is charged by some other DMSs.
Positive: LogicalDOC is much better for medium size companies who has around 100 users. Some of features like workflow and signature are good to make paperless the organization.
Negative: Usually, different bugs are identified from product which shows poor testing of solution after any version update or changes.

LogicalDOC is neither logical nor docile Date: Feb 26 2026
Summary: Terrible, hardly every worked. Often, outside clients were unable to access the files to which they had access, simply due to the complex navigation scheme that LogicalDOC uses; similarly, they would post documents meant for public consumption in their private local folder where no one but the poster could find it or see it, again because of the draconian menu structure LogicalDOC uses to navigate the file storage tree.
Positive: When it worked, it was almost acceptable. It had the features that we needed, namely local and foreign users, user groups, file access permissions controlled per user group with optional cascading down the folder hierarchy, and enough storage for our needs,
Negative: The LogicalDOC system is extremely expensive for the value given, as there are many solutions for a fraction of the price that do a much better job. The LogicalDOC system is much more complicated than it needs to be, so it is easy for clients to get lost, to not find what they need, to make mistakes and not know how to correct them. The LogicalDOC support is pitiful, as they always blame the client and never offer to look into and fix the causes of the problems we had. We switched over to another vendor over a year ago, and all of our issues have gone away,

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear about your experience, although your organization continued using LogicalDOC for many years, with the last invoice dating back to 2018. We would like to clarify that LogicalDOC’s folder navigation is fully configurable by administrators, who define both the structure and the permissions for users and groups. When external users cannot see or access documents, this is almost always due to permission settings rather than a limitation of the software. It is also important to note that LogicalDOC does not include any concept of a “private local folder” for individual users, so the situation described does not reflect how the platform works. Since the system in use had not been updated since 2018, it did not benefit from the many improvements introduced in recent versions, including a more intuitive interface and enhanced permission controls. Our support team routinely analyzes logs and configurations to help resolve issues, and we remain available to demonstrate how LogicalDOC has evolved in its latest releases.
