Summary: Great tool and really helpful for the sales team to get leads. Uses verification tools for validating users which is a great feature for security. Always uses updated information.
Positive: Features for inMail messages, features like advance lead and search helps to create custom lists. Very accurate results.
Negative: All these features make sense only using LinkedIn premium, which is a bit pricy.

Summary: It's a must-have tool If you are into sales and marketing and want to sell high ticket products. The application is very simple to use with little to no learning curve.
Positive: I've been using LinkedIn Sales Navigator for the past one year and I am fully satisfied using it. The tool is very powerful and can be integrated with tools such as Phantombuster and Seamless.ai for scraping data and getting contact details. The Advance filter option is very helpful for targeting the right people.
Negative: The monthly subscription fees on the higher side also LinkedIn should come up with their own email finding tool, It will save the cost of using external tools.

Summary: One of the best ways to narrow down and contact your target market and easy to use. Keeps your leads organized and easy to synch with the CRM you already use.
Positive: Great for prospecting. Had a lot of success with reaching people who would otherwise have been unreachable. Slick UI and my coworkers enjoyed it as well.
Negative: Pricey but that is expected for something with as many features as sales nav has and the access it gives you.
