Summary: I'm still in the start-up phase of my business and haven't really chatted with customers yet, but my overall impression is good and everything I tested worked almost immediately. So far very satisfied with software and support.
Positive: The widget and chat box look good. I think it is very important that the dashboard where you set everything is well-arranged and clear.
Support is fast and clear, you get an almost immediate response.
No employees / programmers who act derogatory if you do not immediately understand certain things yourself.

The possibility for a sole proprietor / self-employed person to use a free one-agent version.Negative: As a designer of printed circuit boards, among other things, I need the possibility to exchange files with customers. This is possible, but unfortunately the files are not scanned for viruses and malware, so it is very important to have good security software installed yourself!

Summary: Seems nice and good price-feature-set, is used very widely in the community, easy to set up and integrate in website.
Positive: Easy understanding for the tool, good description of all settings, fast performance when changing configs, good possibilities for later.
Negative: Would be nice if there was a German speaking support chat.

Summary: Good product with a lot of features, the support is good and reactive.
The big features is missing is the mobile application.Positive: It's an easy installation with full features.
You can use the free version to test and it's GDPR Compliant.Negative: There is no mobile application, so the notifications are not easy to read if you are not in the office.

Free trial run to implement on our customer platform Date: Jun 06 2023
Summary: Good. Would love to test it out more, since we are not live with our customer platform just yet to see if our customers need the chat and how often they would use it.
Positive: Easy to of use. Pop up window can be blended out if no one from our team is available to chat. CD branding possible.
Negative: Only one language for the free version and little design changes, but for the pricing ok.
