Summary: Nice features, but a bit pricey for our use case. We would be sure to use it if the free version included the integration of our existing chatbot or if the Team version was a bit cheaper.
Positive: We liked that Userlike offers all features you could ask for in a live chat solution. It was easy to integrate into our chatbot solution.
Negative: We want to integrate Userlike into our existing chatbot solution, use it on our website and offer it as a good live chat solution to our customers. As far as we can see now, the integration alone (without any api functions) is not possible in the free version, and 80€+/month is quite expensive if you only want a demo-case. This makes it less attractive to us.

Summary: Overall we are seriously considering purchasing this product. I'm waiting on the opportunity to demonstrate the product to my leadership team, which should happen this week!
Positive: I really liked how quickly I was able to get the tool up and running on my website. I also love the features of leaving a message when a rep isn't available, and the survey feedback at the end.
Negative: I didn't love that to test this fully I needed to set up some dummy pages on the website. I would have loved to see a demo first.

Summary: So I quickly found the essential functionalities. Both in terms of setting up and chat functions. the tutorial videos are good.
Positive: Cear and for me a lot can be found intuitively. Not quite obvious yet if all functionalities are where they should be, but I've only been looking at and working for 2 hours.
Negative: I can't say anything yet, but cautiously skeptical. I don't yet give it the full number of points.

Summary: I would definitely recommend Userlike to my colleagues. Do you happen to offer special pricing for education?
Positive: A powerful tool which has serve exceptionally well in providing my students a convenient too to communicate with me efficiently.
Negative: It involves somewhat of a learning curve. There are a lot parameters and a great deal of options, some of which are a little confusing to understand (for this novice user). I find the pro version very pricey.

Summary: In conclusion it is very complete, in which there are tutorial videos but I feel that there should be an easier way to learn how to use it. However, it is one of the most complex APIs on the market.
Positive: Very complex, the possibility of connecting an existing Bot seemed to me a very favorable point.
Another point in favor is the possibility of modifying the permissions according to the ranks, even creating new roles.Negative: I really did not find a negative point against it, it is simply very complex but it meets all that is required.

Summary: I have been trying for 2 days to learn how to configure it and generate my first support page for my clients. I already succeeded but I still need to customize the settings.
Positive: - It is very configurable, sometimes too much.

Summary: The overall experience for us from a usability perspective in the first weeks of usage is pretty great. It's simple to use and modern.
Positive: It has basically everything you need - live chat, multiple operators, beautiful design, macros, ... It's stable and has a "we are offline" out-of-the-box if no operator is currently online which is great.
Negative: If you want a little bit of customization by using the JavaScript API (for example to hide the chat on certain pages) thats only possible if you pay for the most expensive tier which is pretty annoying considering it's a base feature on other live chat platforms.
