    Excellent Patient Management Solution

    Summary: We used this software for 5 years in our practice. We loved that they had no minimum contract to sign after having a bad experience with a competitor and having to buy our way out of a 24 month contract. Ultimately, we left for a company that offered more comprehensive integration with our practice management software, but I would not hesitate to recommend LH360 to any business owner looking for a solid customer management solution.

    Positive: I liked that once the system was set up it functioned without any input from my front desk team. Customer service was extremely helpful and competent. The software also syncs much more frequently than the competition.

    Negative: The biggest downside to the software was the lack of user ability to make small tweaks to the settings without a call to customer service.
