Summary: LibrePhotos is a good way to store and organize personal photos in a collection away from prying eyes of data leech orgs. But it still needs to streamline the setup process so that more users can adopt it.

    Positive: Free & Open Source.
    Advanced image search.
Supports all image formats and videos.
    Face labeling and other metadata.
    Privacy focused.

Negative: Large space requirement - 10 GB just for the docker image installation.
Installation is not straightforward - complex for non technical users.
