Tracking cases by status, tracking referral tip, assigning claims and cases to specific departments for review, assigning them to investigators, and managing investigator workloads are some of the workflow enablers. It also allows you to manage investigator workloads. Special Investigations Unit (SIU), also has Trail Tracker™. This allows them to track investigator progress on files, trace recoveries, and save money, and to create reports on unit activities.
