Our Discovery Response Creator is unique in its type. It automates the tedious and time-consuming task of responding to written discovery requests. An attorney or paralegal would normally copy and paste discovery requests from an original PDF sent by opposing counsel. They would then have to correct any formatting issues or manually retype the requests in order to prepare a response shell. The attorney or paralegal would then need to read each request and determine the relevant objection(s) before inserting/typing the responses. This task, depending on the number and complexity of the discovery requests, can easily take between 1 and 3 hours for each request. Even before substantively responding to them.
