A cloud LIMS that tracks samples, tests results, and manages inventory for life science research, industrial QC labs, and biotech/NGS. Includes regulatory support for CLIA and HIPAA, Part 11 and ISO 17025. The quality, security, traceability, and traceability for samples is crucial to a lab's success. Laboratory professionals can use the Lockbox LIMS system to manage their samples. They have full visibility of every step of the sample's journey from accession to long-term storage. LIMS analysis is more than just tracking results. Lockbox's multilayered sample storage and location management functionality lets you define your lab's storage structure using a variety location options: rooms and storage units, shelves and racks, boxes and boxes.

Built for testing laboratories, QBench is a cloud LIMS that brings samples, workflows, lab data, inventory, reporting, quality processes, and client interactions into a single system.
From order placement through sample processing, results, and automated reporting, QBench supports every stage of lab operations. Lab teams configure their own workflows, data fields, and automation rules, so the software fits existing processes instead of forcing new ones. When requirements shift, labs can adjust fields, processes, and automations without depending heavily on custom code.
Instruments, software, and outside systems connect to QBench through file parsers and a robust API, which moves data automatically and limits repetitive entry and transcription mistakes. For reporting beyond the LIMS, labs can connect QBench to Tableau, Power BI, Domo, or Looker via REST API.
What labs get with QBench:
Sample and workflow management
Configurable workflows and custom data fields
Workflow automation
Instrument and system integrations
File parsing and API connectivity
Inventory management
A client portal
Automated reporting
Analytics and operational insights
Connections to Tableau, Power BI, Domo, and Looker
A built-in Quality Management System (QMS)
Because it runs in the cloud, lab teams get secure access to their data, workflows, quality management, and reporting in one centralized platform. Implementation and ongoing guidance come from a team that includes former bench scientists who understand laboratory workflows.

AgroMetrisis
AgroMetrisis serves as a cloud-based laboratory information management system (LIMS) tailored for agricultural, soil, water, and environmental testing laboratories that adhere to ISO/IEC 17025 standards. This system efficiently oversees sample intake, condition tracking, and the tests requested, along with providing capabilities for both individual and batch analyses, quality control measures, technical evaluations, and final approval processes, culminating in the generation of PDF test reports. It incorporates measurement uncertainty and established decision-making protocols to reinforce conformity declarations, while utilizing control samples, Levey-Jennings charts, and proficiency-testing outcomes to enhance quality oversight. Furthermore, AgroMetrisis manages essential components such as instruments and their calibrations, reagents, staff competency, corrective actions, document control, internal audits, and management reviews, all while maintaining a comprehensive audit trail throughout its records. Additionally, it features a client portal, a field-sampling app for Android devices, price lists, and invoicing options, with the interface and reports available in Greek and English.

LIMSey is a cloud-based laboratory information management system (LIMS) for engineering and manufacturing test labs. Most LIMS platforms target clinical diagnostics, pharmaceutical research, or genomics. LIMSey is built for physical test labs inside manufacturers: appliance, automotive, packaging, aerospace, and industrial equipment.
Capabilities include a test request intake portal, job and task tracking on configurable kanban boards, sample tracking with chain of custody and barcode labeling, automated resource scheduling, equipment and calibration management, training records, template-driven test reports in PDF or Excel, and dashboards for turnaround time, throughput, and equipment utilization.
The AutoScheduler works from capability matrices for personnel and instruments, task durations, and job priorities. It assigns the soonest qualified resource to each task and recalculates the schedule when priorities, durations, or availability change. Calibration records support reverse traceability, so when an instrument fails its as-found check every affected job is identifiable immediately.
Architecture: multi-tenant SaaS on AWS in US regions, browser-based with no client install or plugins, and multi-availability-zone database replication with daily automated backups.
Integrations: REST API, single sign-on, CSV and Excel import and export, BI tool read access, and automated email notifications.
Security: encryption in transit and at rest, role-based permissions with per-module granularity, and a complete audit trail recording user, timestamp, and prior value for every change. Supports ISO 17025 requirements including document control, corrective action, and equipment traceability. Hosted in ISO 27001 certified data
