This innovative solution eliminates the need for paper diaries, WhatsApp messaging, spreadsheets, and separate card readers by integrating all functionalities into a single system that manages courts, staff, players, and payment processes.

Users can access real-time availability for each court and sport, benefit from customizable court schedules, and send booking invitations that allow one player to organize a group. Each reservation generates a QR code that staff can easily scan upon entry, whether from a mobile device or a web interface at the reception. The platform assigns specific roles—owner, manager, front desk, and coach—to ensure that users have scoped access permissions, unique logins, and entry to designated venues only. Furthermore, it facilitates in-system management of payments, invoices for each booking, and the use of voucher codes.
