Summary: KoreConX is a trustworthy partner to help in the process of raise capital and manage important parts of the business. What made me choice them is that the access is easy and I have all things I need without having to hire different people and platforms, now I have a transfer agent, compliance desk and captable and other features in just one place.
Positive: System easy to use.
I booked a call and received all the necessary support.
Transfer agent, cap table management and shareholder communication in one system, it made me gain time.Negative: Sometimes the site speed is a little bit slow.

Summary: I'd use it again for new capital raising offerings. The private label experience also increases the investor experience.
Positive: The platform and team helped me through my RegCF process from the beginning. I wouldn't know how to do it 100% compliantly without them.
Negative: Support could improve. Investors have complained about their SLA.

Summary: If you have 10, 20, 50, 100, 1000+ shareholders this platform has features for the company, your shareholders, you can send reports, news releases and provides evoting.
Positive: Our company has this platform on our website, for all our thousands of shareholders. It's completely private label to us, including all email templates.
Negative: Nothing, there is nothing in the market like this for private companies anywhere.

Summary: KoreConX appears to be start-up with a great vision, but they over-promised and under-delivered. Add in poor customer service and we had a disappointing experience which we terminated.
Positive: Some of the team members are friendly, although they are often difficult to reach. The concept of a fully-integrated platform is good.
Negative: When we signed up in late 2021, the tech was sold as fully-functional with promises of improvements coming imminently. The improvements were significantly delayed and/or not deployed. As-is, the tech felt like MVP and was not well received by our investors. Customer service was poor.
