Summary: I never cease to be amazed at the ease of use of the application itself and the quality of the responses of the support staff. You can be sure that any of your questions will be qualitatively worked out within one day! Koinly is the best resource I've found on the market and one of the few times I don't mind taking the time to write a review.

Positive: The design of the application itself + the level and quality of support+ ease of entering information and adjusting parameters if necessary.

Negative: It is not always possible to identify yourself to enter the resource the first time. On weekends, sometimes I see a delay in automatically updating the database through the API.

Summary: Fantastic don't know what I would have done if i had not found this software.
You don't realise the number of transactions/profit/loss/value of capital invested until you run the program which is so simple and easy to use.

Positive: Fantastic software saved me when it came to completing my tax return didn't realise the profit & losses and number of actual transactions I had completed. I would not of never been able to tabulate this information for the HMRC due to the complexity of the transactions.
Where I had a question Koinly were very efficient/helpful and were able to guide me on how to resolve.

Negative: You had to purchase the software but then it was worth every penny.

Summary: Great experience ....which with the teams proactiveness will hopefully get more smooth over time. Few wallet integration were not precise at API level, and had to be reloaded with the csv. (E.G. - WazirX, CoinDCX). Wallet to wallet transfer detection needs to get better.

Positive: Thank god I had Koinly in 2022! This is the only world class Indian Income Tax (Plus many other countries ) enabled system for calculating crypto P&L, and I was lucky to find it. Further luck was to get help and friendship of dear Javier who is one of the subject matter expert there! He took exceptional pain, and went out of the way to help me file returns just in time, on new years eve! IT was a very value for money proposition for me.....great going. One suggestion Koinly team ... add real time multi wallet real time tracking service ....that will again be a life saver.

Negative: Koinly satisfied customers want more !!! Pls add live portofolio tracking for year round services . Thanks.

Also wallet to wallet transfers need more precise since i was getting costing error.

Summary: Perfect! I enjoy every representatives efforts in helping me. i will continue to use Koinly for all my crypto accounts.

Positive: I always get incredible service and the cost is incredible! The answers are always professional and helpful! What a pleasure working with Koinly representatives.

Negative: None. There are no negatives and simply put what an easy company to work with.

Summary: My experiences have left me confident that the knowledge and expertise of Koinly's support will do whatever it takes to help you resolve problems you encounter. Especially if you have difficulty importing history provided by exchanges.

Positive: I never write reviews, but Artjoms at Koinly customer support has helped me resolve issues with an exchange wallet of more than 70k transaction - to virtually nil errors. I now have an accurate picture of my crypto transaction history.

So, If you find you encounter an issue while using the Koinly site - I would definitely recommend reaching out to the support team.

After initially contacting the support team I was connected with a dedicated adviser who personally handled my ticket.

Negative: I would like to see dark mode enabled on the site, please.

Summary: Worked great for me! I'll get a second opinion on my capital gains (losses with crypto haha) and it should be fine!

Positive: What I like best, as I'm sure does every other user, is the total amount of seamless integrations it has with wallets and exchanges. Love it.

Negative: I haven't found anything bad yet, but I'm verifying the calculation with another app.

Summary: Jason, Artjom and the other guys helped me to manage my tax report. They always responded fast and explained it patiently for me in a language i can understand. It is good to know that the support is behind you for every question!

Positive: Quick and good support, easy handle of the transactions, beautiful design, many supported token/wallets/blockchain etc.

Negative: Not so many statistics, missing dashboard configuration option.

Summary: I am more than happy with Koinly's support on a rather diffficult subject matter to grasp at first.
The research I did found the Koinly is the best crypto tax software. I wholeheartedly recommend Koinly!

Positive: Love the training videos and the awesome support.
Tahmid has been very responsive to all my questions.

Negative: Would like to see an added filter remove the soft deletes.
Would to see a weekly AMA on twitter.

Summary: I can't speak highly enough about Koinly and in particular Constantine!! They have helped me soooooo much, and I really really do appreciate it!

They could easily shrug me off and make it hard for me but they always take the time to explain, send examples and in some cases even correct it for me! Koinly Rocks and Constantine & Stan are the best employees Koinly could ever ask for!

I would employ them in any business I had!

I really mean that, their customer service is amazing and they make Tax Time a breeze with there one click Tax Ready statements! You will not regret using Koinly!

Positive: The Customer Service is amazing and it tracks almost all of the major exchanges. It makes things super easy at Tax Time to generate your report.

Negative: You do need to know a bit about Crypto and how different protocol and transactions are classified but the guys from Koinly will also help you with that if you need.

Summary: As a new user, this software has a great balance in looking straight forward and clear, but actually supports a very broad range of Exchanges and coins and types of transactions.

From my experience, their technical support is consistently outstanding both in traditional written and video examples and human technicians.

Positive: Straight-forward interface. Fairly priced. Support a very broad range of Crypto Exchanges. Is able to download most crypto transactions and ultimately characterize transactions for tax reporting (I am a US user only). Most importantly, their technical support documentation is extensive and covers most situations. For those circumstances where the individual user still doesn't understand how to document some unusual transactions, their human technical support is outstanding. I am a new user of Koinly and crypto in general and I have interacted with multiple technicians, all of them outstanding. My most recent interaction with Artjoms started out as the typical outstanding Koinly technician support, but he then independently reviewed all of my transactions and discovered that I had setup my wallets where an ETH or BTC transaction would appear in multiple wallets. This resulted in a 2-3-fold increase in gains and a similar amplified decrease in losses with these duplications as a result of how I setup my wallets. What more could you ask of a technician?

Negative: As a result of the above duplicated transactions, I suspect that the software could be improved to automatically look for duplicate transactions in multiple wallets and flag them.

Summary: Exceptional support provided by Anastasiia in the expert review team, especially for anyone who has complicated EOS Airdrops, staking rewards etc. Well worth the price to have someone so knowledgeable clean up my crypto trades and help remove all the noise / zero value airdrops.

Positive: Koinly very intuitive to use. The expert review from Anastasiia was well worth the expense. Extremely useful for crypto investors in EOS.

Negative: No negative comments or issues. The product is great, and the expert review option was well worth the cost. Highly recommended.

Summary: I love it. There is no way I could track and report my trades without Koinly. When needed support is there and it is there until you are satisfied.

Positive: Support is there as you need it. Nothing seems like too much trouble and I couldn't have sorted many of the problems without the support.

Negative: I don't like that the exchanges seem to ignore that we have to pay tax. Some are better than others but that is why we need support.

Summary: So the process is never going to be easy. There is no magic software that can perfectly arrange your outrageous degen antics. Koinly's team were there holding my hand as I unwound 3 years worth of mayhem. They were quick to reply and made it POSSIBLE. I honestly had 4/5 enquires running at any given moment, so as not to confuse my questioning. Its a process that takes days/weeks (for me) but there is no other way. Koinly does the vast majority of the transactions, and the support for the remaining is 5 stars. Good Luck

Positive: The staff make it possible. Not sure its possible to make the process easier. There are a lot of options when it comes to writing up crypto and to make it comprehensive for new users is difficult.
Keep asking questions to the staff and they will get you there.

Negative: I mean I'm sure this stuff will always improve but in reality its never going to be a click of a button. Thats the truth you have to realise. Koinly is the best you're going to get.
They could make more videos on youtube, different scenarios that are common. They do the basics but could release more complex examples.

Summary: Excellent...one of the team members actually described the "fix" and completed the transaction to make sure it worked correctly!

Positive: Exceptional customer - fast, clear answers - easy to follow the detailed instructions if it is a difficult issue to resolve. Highly recommend!

Negative: Have not encountered any negative aspects so far. Crypto can be very confusing, and the support team understands that and answers accordingly.

Summary: Great experience, I've used it to do my 2021 tax and was a charm! Going in for 2022 also ! I may never change to another crypto tax app!

Positive: Very easy to use for an every day trader. When you have question(s), they are pretty fast to answer it! Koinly always are always there to help when you need them!

Negative: Nothing! Everything they do is just great! Keep up the good work guys!
