Summary: It was super easy to get set up, and connect to all my wallets and exchanges. After that, it ran automatically and took care of everything for me.

Positive: I love the amount of integrations that it provides. Makes connecting all my wallets and trades very very easy.

Negative: I haven't found anything that I don't' like about this as of yet.

Summary: My overall experience has been nothing but amazing. I can take the legwork of having to manually calculate the taxes on my client's digital assets.

Positive: I like how my clients' portfolio is automatically integrated with their profiles and it calculates the taxes on their losses and gains.

Negative: The only con would be to offer a lower-tier package for smaller businesses.

Summary: We've been using Ledgible for over 9 months and we're quite satisfied with their service. Mohamad addressed our questions promptly (usually less than a day for non-complicated issues.) He has a strong knowledge of the product, hence he's able to provide resourceful resources.

Positive: Ledgible has the ability to not only provide a snapshot of our assets balance and capture every crypto transactions. This greatly improve our crypto accounting records and financial assets report.

Negative: Since there are so many new chains and DeFi with crypto, sometimes the software doesn't have the integration we need.

Summary: Great experience, great support, and has some of the best manual entry tools on the market. Definitely give Ledgible a try if you're in the market.

Positive: Ledgible has some of the best manual categorization of crypto on the market. I come from tools like Cointracker, where if there isn't a direct integration, you can't use it. This isn't the case with Ledgible, and fit my needs perfectly.

Negative: A little pricy for my transaction volume, but I think most of the tools today or fairly similar.

Summary: Fantastic experience and would HIGHLY recommend Ledgible to any tax professional or accounting looking for a crypto solution.

Positive: Mohamed and his team were amazing to work with. He went above and beyond working through our transactions which came from a million directions and expanded onto Layer 2 issues he was able to solve. Truly felt supported and highly recommend Ledgible and working with Mohamed.

Negative: The only improvement I would suggest is reworking the number of transactions per tier - aside from that - this is an exceptional offering and Mohamed is an exceptional crypto accounting wizard!

Summary: Very positive experience and fit my needs perfectly. I would recommend for anyone needing a crypto accounting solution.

Positive: I accept crypto from clients for some of my work and hold part of those assets within the business... now I can easily map them to GL codes my accountant has set up to deal with taxes and reconciliation. Perfect!

Negative: A little cost restrictive for smaller companies, but with the complexities of crypto I understand.

Summary: There's a lot of choices out there in the crypto tax and accounting space, but Ledgible's support team sets them apart.

Positive: Mohamed from the support team has gone above and beyond to help with client issues. He is quick to respond and super helpful, even at the busiest of times.

Negative: As comes with crypto, we did have some connection issues with a few of our clients with more obscure exchanges. Luckily the support team helped us through it.

Summary: I highly and enthusiastically recommend Ledgible for your crypto accounting and I am extremely happy they were recommended to me by the accounting firm doing my taxes.

Positive: I had a Crypto issue that I couldn't get solved and tax time was just around the corner. Ledgible stepped right up with personal service and helped me find the answer with a real person, Mohamed Yusuf helping me. It was a wonderful experience just like the old days when real people existed at companies and would actually talk to you. Mohamed Yusuf was exceptional to work with.

Negative: Nothing - their service was fantastic and they were exactly what I needed this tax season.

Summary: Their pricing was fairly competitive. I'd consider using them again. Overall I would recommend Ledgible.

Positive: Easy to use. Made my crypto tax reporting doable. I wish it would show the value per coin on the projection page.

Negative: It had some issues connecting to a few of my different exchanges, but every other crypto tax tool I've used have had problems too.

Summary: Great customer support ecosystem and constant improvements on the platform. This is the best professional crypto tax tool that I've found.

Positive: I searched for a full year for an app to bring in crypto transaction into QBO and have been using Ledgible with my clients since the beta version. The team is incredibly helpful with feedback and customer support and my clients swear by the live single view of their cryptocurrency holdings. With the QBO integration things got even easier. Couldn't recommend more highly bringing sanity to this normally unorganized world.

Negative: The constantly changing crypto ecosystem means that for more serious crypto users constantly on new chains, a more manual process needs to be used for integration.

Summary: Recommended but always improvement required in day by day. overall satisfied with performance of Ledgible.

Positive: Best online crypto tax platform that allows you to monitor all your crypto currency activities and produce tax reports. Single platform where we perform our financial activities and left the worries behind.

Negative: Take some professional mange the reports and customer portfolio and made some advisory services.
