Summary: Kitecyber is one of the best security solutions out there for small to mid size companies looking to secure their devices, sensitive data, SaaS and Gen AI apps. There is one single lightweight agent that runs on our devices like Macs, windows and linux. That one agent makes the devices compliant, finds sensitive data using data classification, tracks activity on that data and blocks exfiltration attempts. It makes us feel more secure as people are using AI agents on the devices and their activity is hard to track using other tools.

Positive: Kitecyber gave us a unified solution for comprehensive security including data loss prevention, visibility in to all of our Gen AI apps and securing data leakage through them, finding sensitive data on the devices and making them compliant. It is really good for companies looking at enterprise grade security with limited security team and budget.

Negative: Sometimes the new features are rolled out without a lot of previous notifications. So the UI changes and needs us to learn the new stuff.

Summary: Kitecyber feels like a good fit for companies that need to improve security and compliance without building a large internal security operations team. It is especially useful for organizations trying to protect sensitive data while still allowing employees to benefit from GenAI tools like cursor, claude, chatgpt, codex, gemini, anti gravity etc.

For frameworks such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, or customer-driven security requirements, Kitecyber can help demonstrate that the company is taking practical steps to protect devices and data.

Positive: We started looking at Kitecyber because we needed better visibility into how company data was being used, especially with employees using AI tools more often. We are not a large security team, so managing separate products for DLP, device compliance, AI security, and audit preparation did not feel realistic. Kitecyber's unified approach gave a single security agent that runs on MacOS, Windows and Linux devices. In addition to data security it helped us in meeting compliance controls for SOC2, ISO27001, GDPR and others.

Negative: The software shows pop up at time when we are doing certain activities, Initially it got some time to get used to them. Eventually they have added a Ask Kite agent which can answer questions when some activity is flagged or blocked

Summary: Kitecyber does a great job by nudging people when they are doing something risky. Kitecyber’s unified agent on the endpoint treats data protection and GenAI use as the same operational problem: employees need to move, create, summarize, analyze, and share information quickly, but they also need to keep sensitive data within acceptable boundaries or within sanctioned apps.
The agent also enforces compliance controls on our devices and helps with SOC2, ISO27001, GDPR and other frameworks we need to follow.

Positive: Kitecyber is compelling for organizations that want practical DLP and GenAI security without building a complex, multi-tool security stack. Its strongest value is the ability to secure sensitive data where employees actually work, on their endpoints. It tracks activity across browsers, SaaS applications, and increasingly AI tools while maintaining enough context to distinguish ordinary business use from meaningful data risk. It shows pop up every now and then and alert when some risky activity is happening.

Negative: As the AI space is still evolving they are adding more support for that over time. We are seeing move coverage now as compared to before.

Summary: If you're a growing team drowning in point tools, Kitecyber is a genuinely different approach. It consolidates DLP, Gen AI security, and device management into one lightweight agent while making compliance materially less painful. We cut tooling costs, closed real blind spots around AI usage, and gave our small team back a lot of hours. It won't fit every large-enterprise checklist, but for us it's been one of the highest-ROI security decisions we've made. Would absolutely recommend a trial.

Positive: We got Kitecyber to help with our security posture and compliance. It helped with data loss prevention (DLP), sensitive data classification, Gen AI visibility and device compliance. The product is easy to install and configure. Helped us with ur SOC2, ISO27001, GDPR and other customer questionnaire needs when we needed to show a great security posture.

Negative: Product has fewer integrations as compared to some of the mature and legacy solutions.

Summary: Bottom line: if you're a growing team drowning in point tools, this is a genuinely different, cost-saving approach. Would recommend a trial.
Also if you are looking at data security and want to prevent data leakage to Gen AI either intentional or by mistake, this can really help

Positive: We were looking to run separate tools for endpoint management, DLP, web filtering, and Gen AI security. Kitecyber replaced basically all of it with one lightweight agent, and that is a real game changer.

Rollout was quick. We had it deployed across our Mac and windows devices in about a day. The config includes compliance policies for SOC2, ISO27001, GDPR and other frameworks, which was a relief coming from tools that needed weeks of tuning. The thing I like as a user is the extra guidance when an alert fires, I can actually see the reason, policy spec and this extra nudge helps in making a mistake related to sensitive data. The Gen AI piece has been timely too; we can finally see when someone pastes sensitive data into ChatGPT or an AI tool.

Negative: It's a younger company, so there's less of a community/knowledge base to Google your way out of an issue, and you're leaning on their support. Luckily they have added an AI agent for users now called Ask Kite.

Summary: Overall a great product with lightweight agent that runs on the endpoint devices. We use both Mac and Windows in the company, which Kiteycber is able to cover. The agent runs in the background and nudges people when they do something suspicious or handle sensitive data in a way which can be considered risky. A must have for small to mid size companies who care about data security and compliance.

Positive: As we were looking for improving our security posture, Kitecyber came as a great fit for data security (DLP) and Gen AI security.
It is really ahead of the curve on AI-agent security. Kitecyber's DLP is built to detect, classify, and act on sensitive data the moment an AI agent (not just a human) touches it, and to track data lineage as content changes form. We also noticed fast, low-friction deployment. The product can be rolled out in roughly a day with pre-built, compliance-aligned policies, a stark contrast to appliance-based suites (e.g., Forcepoint) and license-gated ecosystems (e.g., Microsoft Purview) which are complex to configure.

Negative: New tool with limited integrations. For enterprise it can be a concern. For our high growth mid size company they had enough.

Summary: Overall, Kitecyber has significantly strengthened our security posture. While there's a slight learning curve with the advanced configurations, the core functionality is robust and reliable. Customer support has been responsive whenever we've hit a snag. It's a solid investment for teams looking to streamline their threat management.

Positive: The threat detection capabilities are incredibly sharp, and the automated response features save our team hours of manual log review. The dashboard is intuitive, making it easy to get a high-level overview of our network's health at a glance. Setup was also relatively painless compared to other enterprise security tools we've used in the past.

Negative: The reporting feature can be a bit rigid. I wish there were more customizable templates for exporting data to present to non-technical stakeholders. Sometimes the alerts can be a little noisy during peak traffic times.

Summary: We use KiteCyber ZTPA as the access layer for a fully private Azure estate spanning production and non-production. On the core promise it delivers: the agent is easy to roll out, the gateway deploys quickly from the supplied template, and it has run without an outage since we stood it up, giving engineers reliable access to workloads that have no public route in.
Capable and stable product.

Positive: - Endpoint agent is genuinely low-friction to deploy: invite the user, they enter a PIN, they are connected. No hand-holding
needed at scale.
- Gateway stands up in an afternoon from the supplied ARM template, no networking expertise required for the happy path.
- Stable in production. Our gateways have run without an outage since deployment.
- Lets you take every workload fully private with no public ingress, which is exactly what a zero-trust posture needs.
- Broad Azure region coverage, including the Australian regions we required.
- Straightforward per-gateway model that scales cleanly to a second environment.

Negative: - Documentation covers the portal click-path well but not the harder architectural questions.
- No usable diagnostics from the client side. ICMP is dropped across the overlay, so standard path troubleshooting tells you
nothing.

Summary: Kitecyber has really built a modern, next gen endpoint security solution that every enterprise should use. A unified, single sensor that covers DLP, gen AI security, SaaS app controls, device compliance and ZTNA. It really made us improve our security posture with very little effort and operational overhead. The DLP polices are super easy to configure and the tool deploys within a day or two.

Positive: We have dealt with many DLP solutions in past and none has been easier to install, use and manage than Kitecyber. The unified agent made all our devices to be compliant, secure and gave data security for our team that uses Gen AI tools all the time. It gave us visibility into gen AI usage, controls on what people can do, handle data classification and prevent sensitive data from leaking out. Amazing tool for mid size companies who need enterprise grade security without a large security team to manage multiple solutions.

Negative: It comes with many pre-build options and we had to work with them to get more configurable reports and dashboards.

Summary: In my view, KiteCyber DLP & GenAI Protection is a very good choice for organizations looking beyond traditional DLP solutions. Its focus on protecting data while enabling safer adoption of Generative AI makes it particularly relevant in today's rapidly changing cybersecurity landscape. KiteCyber is especially worth considering for organizations that want to embrace AI without compromising the security of their sensitive business data.

What makes it unique is its ability to address traditional data-loss risks as well as the new security challenges created by Generative AI.
The DLP capabilities provide strong control over sensitive data movement across endpoints, applications, web uploads, file transfers, removable devices, and other channels. This gives security teams better visibility and control over how corporate information is being used and shared.

Negative: This solutions doesn't contains any cons i like this solution so much :)

Negative: I don't have a cons right now because this solution is totally worthy.

Summary: Best solution over all, its DLP is very powerful and seamless, and it has classification, ZTNA, SWG, and MDM/UEM

Summary: Overall the solution covered a lot of things for us. It tracks sensitive data pasted or uploaded into tools like ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini, and inventories the AI apps reachable from a device. Given how much AI adoption happens without IT approval, this closes a gap most mid-size orgs don't even know they have.
The agent is lightweight and takes very little CPU and memory resources.
They also have pre-built templates for GDPR, SOC 2, HIPAA, PCI DSS, ISO 27001, and DPDP. It helped us in tracking and enforcing compliance needs for our endpoint devices.

Positive: Kitecyber product unifies DLP with UEM, secure web gateway, ZTNA/ZTPA, SaaS protection, and Gen AI security in a single lightweight agent and console. For a mid-size company that can't afford six separate products (and the integration work between them), that's fewer vendors, fewer licenses, and one place to manage policy. This was a big help for us.
It deployed in 1-2 days with pre-built, compliance-aligned policies, rather than a multi-month rollout with appliances and gateways.

Negative: The solution is designed for modern cloud and gen AI companies and does not have some of the features of legacy UEM solutions.

Summary: It was easy to deploy and integrate with our IAM solution and google workspace. Once the agent was installed on the devices, it was easy to configure and enable features over time. I really liked the fact that there is one time install and everything else is just enabling features and specifying policies from the SaaS UI. We were looking to deploy three different products for meeting our compliance needs but with Kitecyber a single solution is able to cover data security (DLP), network security and device management. It also integrated with our GRC solution.

Positive: Kiteycber provided a unified agent on the endpoint devices that is able to track device posture, classify sensitive files in real time, block exfiltration of that sensitive data to Gen AI or other tools and give us complete visibility into our Gen AI and SaaS app usage. We initially deployed it for one use case but eventually grew into multiple use cases based on the feature set across DLP, SWG and UEM. Great product for companies looking to simplify security and having a one solution to cover a lot of ground.

Negative: When we initially deployed, some features were missing, which came over time. We had to get those fine tuned based on the usage

Summary: Overall a great product for Tech companies who are looking to get data security and a unified solution for cybersecurity. We are able to get a lot with a single agent / sensor which otherwise would have required 4 different products and double the cost.

Positive: We were looking to get a cybersecurity solution to improve our security posture and get compliance. Kitecyber provided a single solution that took care of DLP, Gen AI security, device compliance and ZTNA. Also it was easy to deploy and get started. The deployment support was great and the team has been helpful in making us meet compliance requirements for SOC2, ISO27001, GDPR and other frameworks

Negative: We had to adjust some configurations for URL filtering and DLP to get everything right as per our policies.
