Summary: It is great overall, would recommend using it. Support is quite responsive and issues are solved quickly.

Positive: Very easy to use and setup. I use it daily and have faced no issues with it. Support is also very responsive.

Negative: Occasionally seemed to slow my system, but went away talking to support.

Summary: Kitecyber has been a smooth fit for my setup. Integration and onboarding were straightforward, and I haven’t noticed any meaningful impact on CPU or memory while I work. It’s been reliable in the background. I’d recommend it for anyone who wants solid protection without slowing down their day-to-day workflow.

Positive: It does not hinder my current work at all. No extra CPU or memory utilization. Onboarding was very smooth.

Negative: Nothing major so far. Maybe the sleep time could be configurable.

Summary: We have had a very positive experience with Kitecyber. It makes device management and security much easier for our IT team and gives us good visibility and control over our endpoints. The combination of an easy-to-use platform, strong feature set, and great customer support makes it a solution we would definitely recommend.

Positive: Kitecyber has been a great MDM solution for our company. The platform is easy to use and gives us a simple way to manage and secure our company devices, enforce security policies, and maintain device compliance. Setup and day-to-day administration have both been very straightforward.

Their support team has also been excellent. They are responsive, helpful, and easy to work with whenever we have questions or need assistance with configuration or deployment.

Negative: No major issues so far. There are a lot of features available, so it can take some time to explore everything the platform offers.

Summary: Awesome! Highly recommend. It is one of the best products out there in its space and not expensive either.

Positive: seamless experience, doesn't come in the way and uses very little cpu, never had any bad experiences.

Negative: none that i can think of atm. I wish I could have controlled my screensaver start time.

Negative: No problems or issues so far. Great support and quick resolution

Summary: We implemented Kitecyber to strengthen our remote worker security and enforce stricter zero-trust controls across hybrid environments. It has noticeably reduced our attack surface and given us confidence in our access management. The platform performs reliably without adding heavy overhead to our endpoints.

Positive: The visibility into network traffic and ease of applying micro-segmentation policies are the standout features. It gave us clear context into user-to-application traffic without having to deploy massive, complex hardware. The deployment was smoother than expected, and the policy engine is intuitive for the admin team to manage day-to-day.

Negative: The initial setup and mapping phase requires some careful planning to make sure you don't accidentally block legitimate legacy traffic. A few of the deeper reporting filters could also be more customizable out of the box, though customer support was quick to assist us when creating custom views.

Summary: We've been using Kitecyber for over a year, and the DLP and Gen AI protection modules have consistently been the strongest part of our experience. Data loss prevention feels well thought out rather than bolted on, and the Gen AI protection addresses a genuinely growing risk that most other tools in this space still haven't caught up to. Combined with the rest of the platform (SWG, ZTNA, UEM/MDM) running through a single agent, it's made our security posture noticeably tighter without adding operational overhead. Solid choice if DLP and AI-related data risk are top priorities for your team.

Positive: The real win here, though, is the single-agent architecture. For our IT team, this has been a genuine relief. One agent, one console, one place to check when something needs attention — instead of managing overlapping agents from different vendors that sometimes conflict with each other or eat up system resources. It's cut down on both deployment time and ongoing maintenance overhead significantly.

Negative: If I had to flag one area for improvement, it'd be the reporting module — a bit more customization flexibility would help teams that need to build out specific compliance-driven reports.

Positive: Gen AI protection was a pleasant surprise. With so many teams now using AI tools casually in their workflow, having visibility and control over what data goes into those platforms has become a real concern for us, and Kitecyber handles this well without needing a separate bolt-on product.

Negative: There is no cons from my side in the KiteCyber Solution. Because this the most advanced DLP & GEN AI Protection solution in this industry.

Summary: We've been running Kitecyber for over a year now, and what sets it apart is how much ground it covers under one roof. Instead of stitching together separate tools for DLP, SWG, ZTNA, UEM/MDM, and Gen AI protection, we get all of it in a single platform — and that consolidation has made a bigger difference to our day-to-day operations than we expected. The DLP engine is solid, SWG enforcement is consistent, and having endpoint/mobile management alongside everything else means our IT team isn't switching between five different consoles anymore. If you're looking to consolidate your security stack without compromising on depth in any single area, Kitecyber is worth serious consideration.

Positive: DLP, SWG, ZTNA, UEM/MDM, and Gen AI protection are all bundled into a single agent — no more juggling multiple vendors or overlapping consoles. Policy creation is intuitive, Gen AI protection covers a growing blind spot most tools miss, and ZTNA replaced our separate VPN setup entirely. The single-agent architecture alone has cut down deployment time and ongoing maintenance significantly for our IT team.

Negative: Right now, I've no cons about the KiteCyber. because the

Summary: We are very happy with the overall product, feature set and ease of use. It gave us visibility into all Gen AI and saas apps being used in the company. All agent that the team runs on their devices. We also get a list of sensitive data found on the devices and can delete that or notify users to remove those files. The best part is blocking the exfiltration of data across various channels like browser, native apps or AI agents.

Positive: We were looking to improve our data security and looked at several products which promised covering one more specific area. Then we found Kitecyber and its unified agent gave us DLP, gen AI security, device compliance in a single solution. It helped us get SOC2, ISO 27001 and GDPR compliance by covering a lot of the needed controls. It also integrated with google workspace, our GRC solution Scrut and apple business manager account.

Negative: We had to deploy the agent on all endpoint devices. So it took some time to roll out in the company. I wish there was an agentless product for all this.

Summary: Great security product to secure everything at the endpoint like device, data, Gen AI activity and user activity.

Positive: Kitecyber helped us significantly improve our security posture by providing comprehensive security around data, Gen AI, devices and Internet activity.
Their DLP product does automated data classification, block exfiltration to sites like cloud drives, whatsapp, and others. Also tracks Gen AI agent activity and makes our device compliant. Normally this would have take 3 to 4 tools to get.

Negative: There are many features here and it took us some time to go through adoption. I wish the prodyct would guide the user even more or do things by asking in plain english

Summary: Overall, my experience with Kitecyber was positive. I appreciated working with talented and supportive colleagues and having opportunities to learn and grow professionally. There were some areas where processes and communication could have been better, but the overall work environment was good and I gained valuable experience during my time with the company.

Positive: Kitecyber provides a collaborative and supportive work environment with opportunities to learn and work on meaningful projects. The team is knowledgeable, approachable, and willing to help when needed. I also appreciated the exposure to new technologies and the opportunity to take ownership of my work.

Negative: A clearer roadmap and more consistency around priorities would make the overall experience even better.
