Negative: Some of the features lack basic logical features, sometimes the Ui can be a bit cumbersome and not the most intuitive.

Positive: Fab automation, really great product and easy to use. Would recommend to other users. Design is also nice to look at.

Summary: Overall I loved the software. Free trial for small companies testing is good and it is even capable of handling big MNCs and make the work sheet filing process easy.
Positive: Loved the complete software package along with all color grading and helpful content provided. easy to use.
Negative: There is nothing much in Cons. Pricing is also good not much high.

Summary: It's been great so far! Support is always helpful and timely. I recommend taking the insights reports courses to build your own custom reports/dashboards.
Positive: Easy to use day to day, decent reporting out of the box and opportunities to design your own reports.
Negative: They need more snapshotting capabilities for varying data points. Right now it is solely limited to health reports.

Summary: Overall, allows for me and my staff to work collaboratively and efficiently on tasks for our clients.
Positive: This program allows me and my co-workers to know what is expected of us each month, where our clients stand, provides us with a place to document our work and the time dedicated to the tasks. Genuinely, I find this program to offer the most helpful features when working on projects collaboratively.
Negative: Kantata, formerly Mavenlink, will randomly stop working occasionally and the support team will have to fix the bug. Can be inconvenient.

Summary: Overall, Kantata was adopted readily by our staff and switching to it was a good move for our business. We're looking into using more features and getting even more out of it.
Positive: We previously used Workamajig, but felt limited by its reporting capabilities and its ability to integrate with other systems. Kantata has given us visibility to data we didn't have before, which has been a huge benefit to our business.
Negative: In the implementation process we uncovered a few quirks around invoicing and timesheet approvals that prevented us from using Kantata exactly how we wanted to use it. We've had to adapt to the tool a bit, instead of the other way around.

Summary: Mavenlink is a great tool if you need a way to keep close track of your projects, time, and budgets. Our team's finance lead is the main user of the tool, but it's best used in close coordination with project managers to make sure everyone is keeping information up to date and making the most use of the tool.
Positive: Has a wide variety of ways to review your team's time management and keep track of project budgets. My company is in consulting so keeping close track of how we budget our time and who is assigned to which projects against the cost of the project itself. The time tracking entry system is super easy and simple, even while its project management features can get super complex.
Negative: It would be great if we could get notifications to flag if, for example, a contractor spends more time than we had budgeted/allocated them for in the tool.

Summary: Since we are a growing agency with multiple project and hundreds of resources, it is easy to use Kantata for resource planning, allocation, and following that allocation during execution. We can aim for higher resource utilization with this.
Positive: Single Dashboard to review all submitted, resubmitted and pending timesheets which makes weekly timesheet review a simple task. It is much better than Tempo timesheets that I have used in past.
Negative: Nothing in particular but more filter and sorting options on project page would have been more helpful as it takes a while to find what you are looking for in it's current view.

Summary: Overall, this is a great product that enables us to work more efficiently and easily track the hours spent on specific tasks within a project.
Positive: My team and I loved the user-friendly interface! We only did about 15 minutes of training to get the basics and then everyone got the rest of it by themselves. It's that easy.
Negative: It is sometimes hard to see the number of hours spent on billable vs non-billable tasks on a project.
