Positive: We like that the projects can be personalized to meet our specific requirements - it's quite rare to have so much flexibility with the setup!

Negative: One minor complaint would be that the mobile apps don't have all of the features from the web application. not a showstopper though, by any means.

Summary: Overall, it is a great tool to use for internal projects and tasks. I like the visual representation myself.

Positive: Kanban Tool makes it easy to track work in progress with its clear visual representation. It offers flexibility and transparency

Negative: Kanban Tool might not be the best choice for projects with strict timelines or complex dependencies.

Summary: Very helpful tool that increases productivity. We use it to organize a 3 person engineering team and it works wonders.

Positive: Very easy to set up and use, useful fore organizing tasks and team management. Been using for 1-2 years.

Negative: Could have more integrations, subpages and places to take notes.

Summary: Excellent, simple and valuable tool to help stay organized for my projects. It doesn't require much initial learning, so anyone can jump right in.

Positive: I enjoy the timer feature because I can set projects and priorities, and then when I start working on them the timer helps me keep track of time for billing purposes.

Negative: Only thing I don't like right now is that it *looks* a little less exciting than other platforms, but the functionality is such that a simple looking UI is almost not a con at all.

In summary, Kanban Tool's streamlined approach proves valuable for efficient project management.

Negative: The interface in Kanban Tool, while functional, carries a slightly dated design that may feel less contemporary compared to newer project management tools. A subtle revamp could enhance the overall visual experience for users.

Summary: You can start really easy and grow while using. The Setup is made very fast and the Powerups helps to not overload your Board. There are a lot of other Features, check the Powerups in Settings. I'm using Kanban-Tool also for personal Plannings (f.e. Holidays etc.). Function Requests are also gladly received and processed by the support and development team.

Positive: The most useful feature which I didn't find anywhere else so far: you can show the ToDo-List of every card in the Board from the Beginning (always on). You don't need to expand it every time you want to look whats to do.

Negative: Not really a con, but if I would change something: Dependencies between Cards/Tasks could be better visualized.

Summary: Perfect to through out any written to do list that you have. You can have multiple lists within the same board. Never lose track of anything.

Positive: Kanban is so versatile for all your needs and requirements and can be tailored to anything you need to use it for. Access it anywhere anytime you are online.

Negative: Nothing negative that i have found :) maybe not as good if you don't have data or internet access.

Summary: It has been very useful, time has been saved and the results have improved. It has encouraged teamwork.

Positive: Easy to use, friendly interface and quite nice. Ease of manipulation by the team and this greatly motivates their performance.

Negative: So far everything is on the right track, I have no cons.

Summary: I use this both for my personal (complicated) financial affairs as well as for my business. I am easily able to maintain the state of my workflows and fold in others as needed.

Positive: I really appreciate the ability to very easily define the workflow and processes that work for me. The visual interface had me working almost instantly and I was able to evolve workflows as needed.

Negative: At least so far, it has done everything I need from it.

Summary: I've been using it for more than a la half year now... and I'm really satisfied with the first impressions. I discovered Kanban Tool at the precise moment of a business project launch and I've been using daily so far. An essential tool for me now. No problems detected to contact Customer Service so far.

Positive: I've been using Kanban Tool for some months and it has become an essential piece of daily work. The main interface and primary setup options might seem basic, but once you get used to it, you discover its full potential. Integration with third-party tools and fine-tuning code improvements expand its functionality by providing visual feedback that can be used to control tasks accurately, diagnose problems, identify bottlenecks, and see how changes impact the project as a whole.

Negative: No super fancy UI's, just a very functional option on desktop (web) version. The android app should be improved as it lacks visual arrangement and functionality.

Summary: As I mentioned before, this software is a very complete software with many features. By using this software, I don't forget my tasks anymore and I can better manage projects and people.

Positive: Very useful app, it's possible to drag and drop every task to other lists. possible to make different types of lists, a user-friendly environment, possible to hide and show everything, and descriptions for items with the possibility of attaching files. and also very good support team.

Negative: Actually, there is nothing to mention. Everything is fine.

Summary: I enjoyed this product from my first demo and have been able to adapt it to any needs which have come up since.

Positive: This product is especially easy to customize and setup. You can easily define your process the way you want to. It is visibly very clean and intuitive. Finally, it has all the features one would expect from a Kanban tool.

Negative: Nothing yet comes to mind in nearly a year of use.

Summary: I really like the tool. I've used it for a couple of years and I'm planning to use it for longer. I'd recommend it to my friends, I recommend it to you!

Positive: Good price, good set of features, easy to use, helpful customer service. I like that it has features that help me to analyze my work, it comes in handy quite often.

Negative: Nothing comes to my mind. It's a great tool, you should try it :)

Summary: It's a great tool, better than some other similar tools. I like the variety of features it offers, I like that the price is ok, I like that there's a helpdesk always ready to solve your problems.

Positive: I like the intuitive design that makes it easy to use the tool even if you're not tech-savvy. The time tracking feature is awesome, I'm glad I don't need a separate app for it anymore. The price is okay, the features are great. I think it's definitely a worth trying tool.

Negative: I can't think of any cons, to be honest. I think it's a great tool.
