Summary: Brilliant! If you want a product (I've tried 3 so far). This is the one I'm going to settle on. It's hit the mark.

Positive: So easy to setup and use.
All the functionality I NEED!!!

Negative: None yet. I have only just installed it. It's hard to fault this product on first impressions. Very impressed with what I have see so far.

Summary: Overall, Kanban Tool is highly recommended! It's a game changer and made all of us around 50% more productive!

Positive: We are a small company managing our all work across every department using Kanban Tool. The best part is that it's reaaaaally easy to use and track time automatically.

Negative: iPhone app is rarely updates and lack many features that are available via web.

Summary: It's a great tool, I would recommend it to everyone. In fact, I recommended it to a couple of my friends and they liked it too!

Positive: I like that the tool is easy to use. It has a use-friendly interface. You basically start using it and know exactly how to do that, which is great. And if you don't there's friendly helpdesk ready to help you out. The tool has all the features I need, including a time tracker. I use a free plan, but as far as I know, the paid ones aren't too expensive either. It's just a wonderful tool.

Negative: Haven't found any cons yet. The tool is just very good.

Summary: Simple but fabulously effective. And, I still cannot believe kanbantool.com does not charge for extra unlimited boards nor for enabling any of the, I think, 30 power-up add-ons. A steal!

Positive: Tens of optional hidden features like automation rules, repeating tasks and ready-made checklists. They are what turned our very simple KanBan board to a comprehensive machine for the whole department's project management system. Love that!

Negative: I'd like for the mobile apps to have 100% of the web app capabilities. But then again, we only use task updates on our smartphones, so not sure how important this really is. Maybe they were right all along.

Summary: You are able to adapt quickly and arrange your tasks rather efficiently. Your daily routine is organized more than less and you feel more comfortable and confident while taking up new challenges. Kanban can be used by teams and by individuals.

Positive: Simplicity and interface. You don't need to spend additional time, trying to learn all the features.

Negative: I couldn't find too many. Kanban meets all my expectations for now. Maybe for too complicated projects, you might need something else, but then again I am ok using it with all I do.

Summary: Now that my team has been using it for over 2 months, I don't know how we ever worked without it. Highly recommended.

Positive: - quick & easy to configure a board
- no learning curve for my team
- love the selection of powerups
- the only usable app we found that has board rows (swimlanes)

Negative: - could use even more card colors, though 22 are almost enough for us.
