Negative: The performance has been awesome since we have not encountered operational downtimes from my desk.

Summary: The price is absolutely fair for what you're getting and it's been really nice having an hones salesperson. It looks like we won't need to change away from Korona no matter how big we grow as a business.

Positive: There were no surprise fees or charges. The solution is surprisingly robust and feature rich. It seems like you're getting an enterprise product for SMB pricing paired with responsive support that actually works.

Negative: There are almost too many features and settings. They held my hand during the account configuration but I would have preferred not needing the assistance. Anyhow, after the initial configuration and training it's no problem doing the day to day on your own.

Summary: I could not have imagined of such firm store and sales infrastructure before until we realized there was Korona Pos as a solid solution. It has enhanced stable market approach with standard product orchestration.

Positive: It offers the right insights for enhancing efficient decision making in sales and product management. The customer support team has enhanced reliable coordination from my team with quick call responses when engaged.

Negative: The performance has been amazing since we deployed Korona Pos with positive ROI.

Summary: We are a small mom and pop shop but thousands of different products varying from craft beer to cigars to homebrew and winemaking supplies. For over 20 years we used old cash registers and my wife and I purchased the store in 2022 and implemented the first every POS used at the store, which is Korona. This was scary to make the change but it is super user friendly and the customer support is phenomenal. I highly recommend Korona POS!

Positive: -user friendly

-very easy to make changes on back office and upload to staff using and customer facing

Negative: -UPCs can only be #s or letters which means we cannot scan in a few products that already have barcodes

Summary: Overall Korona POS has been a great match for our business. Although there are a few things that we wish were different the system and the support are excellent.

Positive: Our store has been using Korona POS and it has made running our business easier. The system allows for us to enter and remove things from inventory easily and frequently. When we have hiccups we are able to reach their customer service who is responsive and quick with answers. The installation was not too difficult to complete. Our employees use the system every day and have very little trouble using it.

Negative: The back end of the system is not as accessible for general users. You need a higher lever of technology skill set to work the back end of the system, which we run into issues with when people are not used to or have not been directly taught how to run the system. Another thing that would be nice is creating a program where you can update your equipment i.e. the computer/physical POS. It would be nice if there was a way to return old equipment to update to new equipment without having to pay outright for the new stuff.

Summary: Excellent over-all experience with Korona. There are so many options with this software, we are still learning.

Positive: This is an easy to use software for inventory, sales and etc. We are very happy with how robust it is. We only use half of its ability.

Negative: Customers service on the weekends would be ideal.

Summary: Over all this pos is a perfect fit for us. It is user friendly and was easy to learn. Best decision we made.

Positive: I have had KORONA POS for 1 year now. I own a beer and wine store and this is a perfect fit for us. The back office use and the reports it runs is perfect. We are 100% happy with KORONA POS.

Negative: No cons. This POS is seriously the best we could have asked for.

Summary: KORONA POS was a solid choice for my small museum and gift shop. A good value for the money, and the responsive tech support is a big plus!

Positive: KORONA POS is one of the more reasonably priced options that my small nonprofit found when researching POS systems - and what really sets them apart is the stellar customer service. Prompt and accurate!

Negative: There are many preloaded reports that are useful - but some additional flexibility in designing reports and renaming them would be helpful.

Summary: We switched from another POS system that we had used for four years. Night and day difference in flexibility and customer service.

Positive: Fantastic ability to customize. Quick response regarding any questions or concerns. The customer service is the best!

Negative: So many features that it is sometimes difficult to figure out how to implement some of them.

Summary: Our overall experience thus far has been really great. We would not have made it this far without the help of the support team.

Positive: Easy to use, easy to learn, extremely capable. Korona's POS software has been able to handle anything we throw at it.

Negative: The only thing I don't like is that their support team is located on the opposite side of the country, but that's no one's fault.

Summary: Just like any software, there is always a learning curve. Whenever I have not been able to figure out how to do something on my own, Korona support has always provided quick and effective responses. They have never made me feel like they were frustrated or put out with me.

Positive: Fantastic Customer Support. We were having issues with the way our initial internet configuration. It was not a static IP Address and our credit card machine, which is integrated with Korona, would keep dropping out. It took two days to get switched with our internet provider to a static ip address. Korona was very patient and willing to help me do whatever it took to get the cc machines back up until we were able to get a static IP address and fix the issue.

Negative: Not sure yet. There are some features I have not used yet.
