Meanwhile, office teams can effectively oversee a variety of tasks such as safety training management, issuance of automatic certificates, certifications and renewals, toolbox talks, inspections, forms submission, incident reporting, and maintaining OSHA logs (300/300A/301), along with hazard analyses, safety data sheets, and compliance calendars. The Full Suite expands capabilities to include project management and financial oversight, covering aspects like RFIs, submittals, daily logs, scheduling, budgeting, change orders, and AIA pay applications. Additionally, the Home Services Suite facilitates essential operations such as booking, dispatching, generating estimates, invoicing, and maintaining a business website. Furthermore, Jobsite includes an AI assistant called Ask Jobsite, which can respond to inquiries and assist in drafting documents. The Home Services Suite allows for 25 worker-days each billing month, with a fee of $1 for each additional worker-day beyond that limit. The Safety Suite and Full Suite are structured with monthly base fees, plus an additional charge of $1 for each worker-day utilized. Registration is free, does not require credit card details, and is not subject to any time constraints.
