Video interviews with a lot of cool features Date: Jul 15 2020
Summary: I thought it was great! I had done video calls before but the One way stuff was totally new to me. I would definitely like to do more of these next time we hire for our team.
Positive: We used this to hire people for my team and I really liked the one way video interviews. We set up questions with some parameters like how much time do they get to think about the question or how long of a video they can record and then candidates just record a video of themselves answering it. I hadn't used that type of video interviews before, we had live video calls but that is a different thing entirely. I think they were great in find a handful of candidates to move forward in the hiring process. I also liked that we could share those interview videos internally to get feedback.
Negative: I wish there was a simple way to explain to candidates what they needed to do. Some candidates thought we would be jumping on a live video call.

Summary: We used it for a limited case and we are pretty happy with it. I would definitely recommend trying it out if you are looking to add video interviews in your hiring. Especially in this scenario where traveling and face to face interviews are often not feasible.
Positive: The pricing is great. We looked at a lot of different options and this one was the most reasonable of them all. I also liked that you can basically pay per use. It is also really easy to use. You just set up questions and invite people in. Once they record their videos, you get an email notification letting you know its available to watch. I also like the sharing options that let us send out finished interviews for others to review so we can get more opinions on a candidate.
Negative: You need to use their app on mobile phones. The app is good and it works absolutely fine but there is no way to do an interview if you don't want to install an app. I don't know if thats a technical limitation of mobile phones though.

Summary: This was our fist experience with adding video interviews to our recruitment and I am very happy with the results so far. Its been great.
Positive: I liked that it let us add other people from my organisation as sub users. That meant we could create users for different departments that do their own hiring.
It was really easy for our applicants as well. We just sent them a link that already had all their information in it so they didnt have to provide any details. They just clicked on the link and were put right into the video interview.
Lastly, it was very important to us that the video interviews worked on mobile phones since most of our applicants would not have a laptop with them. Happy to report their app works great on Android and iOS devices.Negative: Its a little confusing to use at first. I would recommend you have someone from their team show you the basics to get things going.

Also the branding was somewhat difficult to get right. I think that might be an issue with the size of my images though. -

Summary: Does what it says. Video interviews have been working out great for us.
Positive: The pricing was great, it fit perfectly in our budget for what we wanted to spend. It was also really convenient for candidates to do these interviews as opposed to finding a common time for an extended phone conversation with us. I also like that it works on mobile devices, most people dont use a laptop these days.
Negative: Its been working pretty well for us, cant think of anything to be honest.

Makes recruiting easier and more affordable Date: Nov 21 2019
Summary: We used this to fill a position in my team a few weeks ago. The pricing is great, it was really easy to start using as well. I also liked that we could look at a lot of candidates in a short amount of time without jumping on a phone. Plus since we are watching videos, its easier to involve more people into the hiring process. I was able to help my HR team look at candidates to find the best ones.
Positive: Pricing makes it easier to use it even for limited hiring.
Their support team is really helpful.
Works pretty smoothly, we had no major issues.Negative: Kinda difficult to set up our logos and branding. It worked but it took a little effort.

Summary: If you are looking for video interview software then I would definitely recommend considering this one.
Positive: It works pretty well. We screen around 40 candidates using video interviews with Jobma and it was really simple. I also liked that you can combine multiple choice questions and video questions to make a more well rounded off interview. Lastly, their pricing is really great.
Negative: Nothing much. Its worked pretty good for us. One minor point is some of the useful stuff is kinda buried under menu's. Wouldnt hurt to simplify the options a bit.

Summary: I am pretty happy with it. We used it to hire some people for my team and it really did save us a bit of time.
Positive: Its priced really well. We explore a bunch of alternatives and this was easily the most affordable option. Not real complicated to use either, if you just want to do video interviews you can set those up and invite people really quickly. Their support team is really easy to get hold of as well.
Negative: Some of the branding options are kinda finicky to use. Took us a little bit of time to set that up.

Summary: We are really happy with this. It works well and the candidate feedback has been good as well.
Positive: It is really simple to set up and invite candidates in for an interview. Just create the interview questions and you can start sending out video interview invitation almost instantly. Also like that they have live chat support right on the interview page itself so our candidates can just contact them for any troubleshooting problems. Lastly the pricing is exceptional. You pay per interview basis which is great as it lets us be flexible.
Negative: Their support is limited to Mon-Fri day time US only. 24/7 would be a great upgrade.

Great option for One way video interviews Date: Jun 15 2020
Summary: My team was pretty happy with it. More importantly our candidates were happy with it. It was also nice being able to involve people from different teams early into the candidates hiring journey. That helped us fined candidates that we were happier with.
Positive: The best thing about Jobma was how easy it was for our candidates to do a one way interview. We sent them an invitation and they were put right into the interview by just clicking the link. We also had a pretty high rate of interviews completed for the people that we invited and candidate feedback was quite positive too. Mobile app was a pretty big plus as well since for some of the positions that we hired for, not many candidates had a laptop.
Negative: Live interviews need more features. I would like to have a higher panel count (currently its 3 as far as I know). Also being able to record and share them easily would be nice as well.
