Positive: My favorite thing about Hireflix is that they provide a public link you can send to all candidates, and you can watch candidate interviews on 2x or 3x speed, to accelerate review.

Negative: I had a few cons but the Hireflix product team solved them!

Summary: It focuses the time of my team on the candidates that have the most chances to find a good fit with us. This benefits all the candidates and our company and employees.

Positive: It allowed to move to the interview step only those candidates that were a fit, saving time for me and for them. I found them 2 years ago when they had just started and it gives me a lot of peace to see how they keep improving the software month after month.

Negative: I wish they were already supporting Polish as a language.

Summary: The primary benefit I've seen has been that of time saving. I can be a lot more productive and really listen to what the candidates are replying to when I can watch the answers multiple times.

Positive: Saved me an incredible amount of time. Completely changed the way I see the interview process. I can now work on at my own pace and I don't have to worry about endless scheduling and cancellations. A real game changer!

Negative: Honestly there is nothing about the product which I disliked, overall very useful and it is now an important part of any interview process at Payflow
