Summary: Very good. Use it as a business and no intention of changing it

Positive: Voice type option, sending emails through JA, doc attatchment, settingg alerts, bolt on to LI. Skill codings, job ad integration and ease of use. Setting up of new starters, electronic esign docs.

Negative: Sometimes email drops out. No other issues withvit

Summary: Pretty good, they delivered good training at the start, however I have previously used a system that I did prefer and had some better functions

Summary: Solid platform I can use and would recommend. Easy to use and know how to navigate, has additional invoice features and plug ins for other systems which make it easy.

Positive: The ease of the product from a useability perspective

Negative: Features lack compared to some other systems in market.

Summary: Excellent experience with lots of great functionality. In fact that is almost a weakness because new consultants can take a while to come up to speed and the older recruiters just use the basics!

Positive: Great Customer Service - I have never had a bad experience contacting the team and issues have always been resolved and appeared to be a priority!

Negative: Reporting can be hard to get your head around if you want detailed custom reports.

Summary: Great - very useful. Would recommend to others. I also like the snakes.

Positive: Easy to use, familiar to me and very reliable. I like the layout

Negative: The mobile app never works for me - it always glitches and says I am offline and it annoys me

Summary: I love JobAdder. Have been using it for the past 2 years and its made recruitment process seamless. I love the emails with fun facts and how quirky they are filled with loads of information! I hope every job in my field moving forward uses JobAdder its great!!

Positive: easy to use and navigate, seamless layout, barely ever glitches in the system which is awesome, and having access to mobile app and how it functions is great too!

Negative: I think the new layout is great but there could definitely be improvements with side bar function and to ensure there are less clicks to get to something

Summary: Good software, logical and easy to use. Makes the recruitment process easy to follow and track. My favourite part is the job orders dashboard, I find it very motivating!

Positive: It's easy to follow for new users and also logical. Nice and colourful. Always good improvements that come through in updates.

Negative: Whenever I have a problem sometimes it takes a bit of time for the team to come back to me. Mind you this is normally because of the time difference.

Summary: Very positive. From day one with the set up, everything has been a breeze. We have been able to scale our business with the support of jobadder.

Positive: Super easy to use, especially for new users. It has so many different functions and features that you are be able to run a Recruitment desk with ease.

Negative: Compared to other CRM's, I cant particularly think of any.

Positive: When setting up my sole charge recruitment business, I knew I needed a really good recruitment platform that was easy to use, affordable since it was only me, and would add value. I chose JobAdder and have never looked back. We grew together as i recruit for the creative industry and initially there were issues uploading the size of files portfolios came in. However working closely with the awesome help desk folk, they realised the issue and it soon became a focus for the development team. I was always kept up to date with any issues and i loved that i could be talking to folk in Bali or Sydney. They never thought twice about picking up the phone and calling me to resolve things. I alo lo e that JobAdder has actively encouraged integration with 3rd parties such as Gmail or SEEKbto improve our effectiveness without adding to our costs. I go to the update sessions they put on in Auckland and have now recommended them to many others. Ive worked with large bespoke CMS systems in international companies but none compare to the agility and can-do attitude I've enjoyed with JobAdder

Negative: There were issues at the beginning around file size uploads, including with the Gmail plugin, but thats been improved significantly. It feels really good to be listened to.
I have no other cons.

Summary: Very good. Wouldn't change anytime soon. Couldn't comment on the pricing as I'm not involved.

Positive: Simple, clean interface. Simple searching. Good flow.

Negative: Not sure I'm a fan of the new proposed 'Job Dashboard'

Summary: Overall love jobadder, it's very easy to use compared to other platforms/softwares. Obviously there are glitches like any software, but they are often taken on board and sorted out.

Positive: - Training provided with the product is good
- Layout is very user friendly
- Add-ons are very handy, particularly the peopleadder and JA button on emails
- Support team are very easy to reach and actually help when you have issues!

Negative: - Glitches can be very annoying. For example, sometimes I have a lot of resumes selected to send unsuccessful emails to (I work in Business Support so this can sometimes be a lot of resumes) and then for some reason all of a sudden they'll refresh and I need to reselect them again!!

Summary: great, I used this every day and I have no problem doing my job successfully with the help of this system

Negative: I wasn't too fond of the new update, but it has since grown on me.
