    Great Software for Inventory Management and eCommerce Management

    Summary: Overall experience, I would give Jazva a grade of "A". These guys know their stuff. It took probably 45ish days to get fully going, but its been great for us. Inventory syncing and order management is a breeze. Very minimal effort here, its awesome.

    Positive: Prior to using Jazva, everything was done either on the marketplace level (Amazon or eBay), along with keying into Quickbooks. One of the biggest benefits of Jazva is that it handles our entire operation in one software. We do our listings, inventory management and order fulfillment through Jazva. You can pull in all of your listings from eBay, modify them a little bit and then create new product listings (using that same information) on Amazon and other channels. This was huge for us.

    Negative: It took some time to get adjusted and onboarded. The first month or so wasnt so smooth. But since that time, its been a real asset to our company

    Simplicity on One Platform

    Summary: This software has helped me centralize all my orders and inventory in one place. It saves me the time from having to go from ebay, amazon, walmart and big commerce to be able to make any updates to my items. They make it simple to also be able to edit each items title, descriptions images and make it unique to each store that I sell on from one place. That is a huge time saver for me as it allows me to concentrate on getting my orders out on time. There are so many features this system allows to simplify my process and saves me time in managing the stores I use, this has been a great help to my small business as it has helped me increase the size of my business from where I was 6 months ago.

    Positive: They provide on demand support when I require any help. The reps are very helpful and actually interact with a human spirit, Im not used to personality in ecommerce. The listing management aspect works for me due to the customization freedom they are able to provide. Controlling my inventory in one place is a huge help.

    Negative: Going through the on boarding process is tedious and a bit challenging in the beginning as it was something completely different I was not used to. There were some roadblocks I ran into when trying to find away to adapt to the software and finding a way for the software to adapt to my business needs. After careful discussions with the onboarding rep we were able to understand each other and reach a game plan to speed up the process.
