    Summary: Fantastic. Turned our Amazon business around very quickly and is definitely a service that I would recommend to other startup companies trying to get ahold of their advertising spending.

    Positive: Service is off the charts! Their people care about your success and work their hardest for it. The app could speak for itself but it's their people that set them apart. You are not on your own, they walk you through everything and are equally invested in your success as you are.

    Negative: It took a while to start seeing results but once you reach that threshold the dollars start rolling in!

    Summary: Very good, it has drastically improved our Amazon selling efficiency. We have also continued to decrease our ACOS.

    Positive: I really like that we had a personal account manager who can work with us to determine our goals and objectives.

    Negative: The software is a little more manual for our account rep at Quartile than I thought. Luckily, Rafael has done an awesome job managing our account for us.
