    Summary: Support tried in the beginning but later admitted that they couldn't do anything for us due to all the bugs and time the bugs caused SellerActive. We have to start over with another vendor.

    Positive: They sold us a bunch of features that honestly, may or may not exist. We spent the entire time trying to list a few dozen products and couldn't due to bugs.

    Negative: We intended on listing our products from Shopify, through SellerActive, to Amazon, Ebay, and Walmart. We spent over 6 months JUST trying to list to Amazon, and never could. They had so many bugs and issues, and their developers didn't have a clue. They ended up giving up on our account.
