Summary: My overall experience with Jambo has been that it is easy to use and well laid out. I have never had any issues.
Positive: -Easy to use
-Intuitive set up for entering information
-Application is visually appealing
-Easy to delete entries/make changes if neededNegative: -There is some potential for redundancy/missed information with there being options for concerns, commitments and tasks when adding a new communication. It would be nice if commitments/tasks could be linked to specific concerns.

Summary: It has been a great tool for our organization and I'm glad that we implemented its use. It keeps us organized and improves efficiencies.
Positive: The simplicity of using the software. I love the fast ways that I can update communications records and my team members can see the records to prevent the back and forth of getting details from me.
Negative: The sso-login, I wish it could just save my account details and sign me in automatically, or keep my signed in. Although it's still fast, I'm so used to NOT having to sign into every single website now.

Summary: It really is such a better tool than the one we had before, with so many options and opportunities to keep our data base up to date, and to track issues, meetings, events, etc. It is so interactive and easy to use - it is a GAME CHANGER!
Positive: Ease of use. How records can be connected. How issues can be tracked and monitored. How we can assign tasks for completion by others. How interactive and easy it is to use. How reports are easy to pull, and the list goes on.
Negative: I don't really find anything about the product I don't like - its just learning new things if I haven't used them before, but thats easy to do :)
