This software efficiently generates GST tax invoices using pre-saved client profiles and line items, and it accurately computes GST at a rate of 10 percent while allowing users to switch between GST-inclusive and GST-exclusive pricing options. Each invoice includes the necessary ABN and ATO-required information, automatically changing to a standard invoice if the business is not GST registered. Payments can be processed via card through Stripe using a link provided in the invoice, or clients can opt for bank transfers. The system sends reminders for overdue invoices, allows quotes to be converted into invoices, supports recurring billing on a set schedule, and tracks expenses along with photo receipts while ensuring GST calculations are included. Detailed reports are available to display unpaid amounts and summarize GST over a selected timeframe.
